Hi, I’m Geoffrey! 👋 Travel advisor, theme park enthusiast, cruise lover, professional vacation overthinker, and firm believer that adults deserve FUN vacations too. I started this creator journey 7 years ago. And now I’ve made travel as my primary focus and career. I started this page initially - and keep it going today - because I saw a lot of focus on family theme park trips. On clickbait news stories. On ultra luxury influencer energy. And on generic travel tips with zero personality. It’s my goal to change all that. I know there are so many adults like me who want something different… Trip that feel fun for everyone (not just the kids), based on reliable and trusted information, and a little chaotic in the best way. I moved to Florida in 2016 for grad school (go bulls 🤘🏻) and have mostly lived in the sunshine state ever since. I left a decade-long career in higher education (not totally by choice but it was for the best) and made the pivot to travel advisor and content creator full time. Now I live in Davenport, FL just 20 minutes from Disney World. I travel around the country and world multiple times a year. I’m living my dream and helping others do the same. My goal as your travel advisor is never to just book your trip. Yes, that’s part of it but my role starts way before I hit submit and continues way after. From our first conversation and even in my intake form, I’m getting to know you and what you’re looking to get out of the trip. Then I research your options, work with many partners and vendors I’ve built relationships with, and we put together an unforgettable experience. You’re part of that process to - after all, it’s still your trip. You can be as involved as you want to be. After your trip is booked, I’m sending you tons of information and guides and resources to prepare you for your trip. I’m there on standby while you’re traveling in case you have any questions or anything goes wrong (I can’t protect you from mishaps but I can help you navigate them!) Coronado Springs is a foodie paradise. Very underrated Disney resort! It’s technically in the moderate category, but with the addition of the Gran Destino Tower it gives more deluxe vibes. And it’s the only moderate resort that offers club level (and it’s good too!) This property offers a ton of food options. Something for every palette. My fave is, of course, Three Bridges on the water. The sangria flight plus the trip dips (guac, chorizo queso, and corn dip) are unmatched. Then the rooftop of the tower offers Dahlia Lounge and Toledo. Both phenomenal places with amazing menus and views. And you’ve got a stellar view of Hollywood Studios which isn’t something you might expect being technically in the Animal Kingdom resort area. But it’s right there! Same with Blizzard Beach! The only downside is having just bus transportation and being a bit more removed from the parks - but that can also be a perk for some guests! When you book and plan your Disney trip with me, I match you with the right resort not just for your budget but also for your vibe and goals. Not to be dramatic, but This is actually breaking my heart 💔 Reminds me of that time disney rebranded “FastPass” that had instant brand recognition to the generic lightning lane 👀 These are all around the world showcase already. There are a few old style ones around the loop and in the front half of the park but I doubt they last much longer. Inspired the World Cup (which I’ve actually been watching and kinda enjoying?)… here’s my red cards for Disney Adults. No reviews or take-backs here no matter who asks 👀 Swipe through to see them all and share your favorite. And we love to stay till fireworks and close down the rides. But we aren’t all young any more and you’re gonna feel that the next day. Plan a non-park rest day into your trip or at the very least a couple hours in the afternoon of your busy park day. You’ll thank me, I promise. Two essentials for an Epcot day: Spaceship Earth and Living With The Land. Non-negotiable. Don’t even think about skipping those two. 😤 It’s a common thing to say, sure. But your resort does indeed matter. Even if you aren’t going to be there much, where your resort is located still makes a huge difference in your transportation options, travel times, dining choices, and more. You gotta have the right one for your type of trip and the wrong one can really mess you up. If this was true, Disney wouldn’t have sooo many things in the parks targeted to adults. Events and drinks and merch and nostalgia. This one will get you more than a red card, you’re getting ejected tbh. As Pop Century’s #1 fan, there’s nothing wrong with a value resort stay. Even All Star. Sometimes that’s all you can afford (or you’re saving money to spend elsewhere during your trip) and that’s okay! Any magic is better than no magic. You can dine at the top Disney Springs restaurants for a fraction of the normal price if you know about and go to their happy hour times. Great for locals and tourists too. Plan one or two of these into your itinerary. The best one, really. Why spend hours or even months researching and googling when you can have an expert guide you every step of the way (for no extra cost)? It just doesn’t make any sense. That’s what I do. I am sooo excited to spend every night I can at Universal this fall… I’ll basically be living there tbh. This year’s line up of houses looks incredible: Sinners, Strangers Things, and Hellraiser taking the lead of IPs. And the original concepts are really intriguing too. Stars, stripes, and human rights 💯 Go out and celebrate the red, white, and blue this weekend (heavy on the blue). See the fireworks. Have the cookout. And be safe. And remember that this country - as the founders called it - has always been an experiment. It was never claimed to be perfect or without fault. We have a lot of work to get there, but it’s because I love this country that I continue to fight for that work to be done. Because no… I don’t hate this country. I do love it.
