Support your community; you never know what the results will bring. Come see the trailer for yourself at the wooden match July 31-August 9th! 🌸🥭

Seeing the finished trailer is so surreal and I’m so excited to be a part of this project. Sometimes in life it’s so easy to worry about “haters” but there are so many people who want to see you succeed, you just have to be willing to ask. George’s passion is something is hard to ignore and I’m so curious to see where it takes him next! taken in The Wooden Match by @george_ad00

Day 13 of converting an airplane into a food trailer…

An airplane flies for decades. Then one day someone decides it’s time for it for retire… Why and How???

That is what I wanted to learn by going to the salvage yard. I honestly thought this trip would be a simple choose an airplane and go situation, but it ended up being way more fascinating than I expected. It was one of the most surreal experiences I have ever had. Nothing can describe standing so small between all these airplanes, with wind blasting through the empty shells.

Could not be more grateful to @aerosalvagedesign and Ozzie for giving me the opportunity to learn how the whole industry works taken in Blytheville, Arkansas by @george_ad00

Aroi Mango was just featured by the P.C. Rossin College of Engineering at Lehigh University!

From discovering mango sticky rice in Thailand to building a pop-up across the Lehigh Valley, this story captures how the M.Eng. in Technical Entrepreneurship helped shape our journey.

Huge thank you to Safwan Hoque and Katie Kackenmeister for sharing it so thoughtfully and to all the Lehigh professors, students, and staff who’ve supported us since day one!

What an incredible night at Startup Lehigh Valley! I’m beyond excited and grateful to have won $24,000 in total prizes, awarded to Aroi Mango LLC after pitching our vision for the next big step. A huge thank you to Startup Lehigh Valley, Lehigh Valley Health Network, Lehigh Valley LaunchBox, and Lehigh University.

This experience is about honoring the vibrant street food cultures across the world especially in Thailand and Laos, where Mango Sticky Rice first stole my heart. Our next step is building an incredible lineup of unique variations and products centered around Mango Sticky Rice, offering new flavors and fun combinations.

But it’s not just about the food—it’s about inspiring everyone to explore the world, step outside their comfort zones, and experience the richness of different cultures through street food. Aroi Mango hopes to bring that sense of adventure and discovery to every bite, encouraging all of you to embrace new experiences and see the beauty in what the world has to offer. This is just the beginning!

Back to the present! It’s been almost 4 months since I returned to the US, and I’m thrilled to have started and be working on expanding Aroi Mango throughout the Lehigh Valley. My journey began with a love affair with mango sticky rice during my travels, and I couldn’t resist bringing that passion back home with me. 🍚🥭

A big thank you to everyone who followed my journey backpacking through Thailand and Laos—it’s been a phenomenal experience, and I’m excited to share this next chapter with you all. If you’re not following Aroi Mango yet, our Instagram is @aroi.mango—come along for the ride and stay updated on all our pop-ups and new offerings! taken in Lehigh Valley by @george_ad00

My last experience in Thailand before going home: Songkran 🔫💦

Songkran is a 3 day festival celebrating the Thai New year (April 13- 16) and the coming of the rainy season. It’s also the largest water gun fight on the planet with entirety of Thailand turning into a water gun warfare. Be ready for mobs of people (both local and Thai) and definitely prebook your hotels and hostels if you plan to go to one of the big cities! by @george_ad00
