Chess at @royalacademyofmusic

The opportunity to play the part of Anatoly in this musical, which has been one of my favourites for a few years, is one I am extremely grateful for. Ending the year on a show which included the entire RAM 25/26 cohort is also a blessing that is not lost on me.

To work with such an incredible creative team and cast has ensured that this production will always remain a favourite of mine, regardless of what life in the industry looks like for me afterwards.

To share this role with @adamhaddour was another privilege, and being able to build off each other during the process meant we could both unlock an aspect of the character that was deeper than we thought we could find. Much love man 🔥

I want to talk chess.

Today these little babies open the show as Freddie, Florence and Anatoly and we’re very excited to share with you what we’ve been working on.

Working with these guys has been a dream and they deserve all the praise for their incredible work. You are not ready for them.♟️🖤

Ahead of the end of my time studying Musical Theatre at @royalacademyofmusic I am thrilled to say I will be playing Anatoly in CHESS on the 3rd and 5th of July.

This show has meant a lot to me for quite some time, and the opportunity to perform it alongside the rest of my friends in the RAM cohort is a very special way to end the year.

TREV: The Musical Lives of Trevor Nunn

It was such an honour performing this tribute, especially for the man himself!

Now that induction week is over, my time studying Musical Theatre at the @royalacademyofmusic has officially begun! I'm so thankful for the opportunity to come here and to better my skills with the help of a brilliant staff body, alongside some of the most insanely talented people I have ever met. I also feel incredibly lucky to be here alongside @charlie.moscrop and @charlottes_not_on_holliday and cannot wait to embark on this next chapter with them. (DST -> RAM)

Down the hole you go, and there you are 🕰🐇
Final show at Durham with some of my closest friends. Alice By Heart was such a magical production to end on, so much love for everyone involved.
(p.s. production team, I stole the pocket watch 👀)

• I was lucky enough to sing this song in the @du.musicaltheatre set for @iumtf2025 this year, which ended up winning the category for best solo - massive thank you to the IUMTF committee for all of their work, and to the other Universities for making it such a great afternoon.

Who could ask for anything more? 🌙
(Also, I am obliged to mention that yes, I did actually play the bass on stage, but with @seb.banwell playing in the pit so that if/when I forget everything, there's still music)
