Can’t wait to tell the grandkids about the “old days” when we had gyms to go to and could spend hours in locker rooms taking obnoxious pics in the mirror. by @georgecking

Leg/Glute Day!!! I start the session with heavy single sets or the occasional heavy superset. But mid-way to towards the end, I include "fun" stuff. I affectionately call this sequence of squats, lunges and jumps, "The Flo Jo" because why not? I was feeling myself today (despite the intrusion.) #glutes #quads #hammies #flojo #nike #equinox #tights #fitness #westhollywood #beyonce #lemonade by @georgecking

Looks a lil silly and inappropriate, I know. But it's one of the ways I keep these glutes high and off the floor. #glutes #legday #equinox #quads #tights #nike #westhollywood #king by @georgecking

Finished another Tuesday epic quad/hamstring/glute session with some hyperextensions. This was the 2nd exercise in a superset with Leg Curls. I did 12 reps here and purposefully raised my quads off the pad in an effort to place more emphasis on the glute/ham tie-in. But the important thing to notice here are the tights. They are red. And yes, I wore them. "I ain't sorry"#glutes #hamstrings #thighs #sweat #gratuitousbuttshot #beyonce #nike #tights by @georgecking

Couple things to pay attention to: 1)the little shimmy I do before my set. Who else can pull that off IN TIGHTS!!??2)the massive hole in my shirt. It's old. I wear it often. 3)Beyoncé perfectly serenading me during a set that should have been a little harder than it was. She's my performance-enhancing drug. #glutes #boxsquats #thighs #equinox #Beyonce #lemonade by @georgecking

Today was leg day but these 80 year old knees and this 95 year old back limited me a bit. However, these 3 sets of 15 pull ups to finish helped me feel like it wasn't a TOTAL waste. #pullups #equinox #legday #glutes #nike #vida by @georgecking
