As a good friend once said: “ if you’re not falling, you’re not trying” and in August I fell a lot 🤣

flying to Porto to join @thehighjump_ meet people and learn new skills - it was such an awesome and inclusive event

becoming a keeper of keys at @bristolcooperativegym

holiday in New Forest with little brother to see beautiful areas and so many wild horses

Happy 10th birthday, Camp VC. ❤️

This is my fourth year, and every time I leave with more confidence than I arrived with.

Two years into coming to the festival, I got my full bike licence and purchased a @bsamotorcyclesofficial because this community made riding feel possible.

This weekend I got to celebrate again and ride up to Wales with @neaandfar, spending time with women who inspire, encourage and cheer each other on.

Three days at @sistalandfest ❤️ and a reminder of just how much this community has shaped my journey over the last four years..

@nikitainfilm welcomed me in, despite having no TV or film background, and through Sistaland I found opportunities I never imagined, learning from so many talented women.

In 2024, I stepped away from TV and found a new purpose working in women’s health. Coming back this weekend, I was reminded how connected these worlds really are. From conversations about leadership and purpose, to animations exploring body image and reproductive health, thought-provoking films on motherhood, and honest discussions about intimacy - it all came back to the power of women telling women’s stories.

starting @infernocoaching womens cali classes at @sweatboxgymbristol and homework to take to the park

a full body movement workshop outside by my friends @river.moves and @paulajankowska which later inspired me to longboard (my body felt so light)

catching up with long distance bf @annikarudolph_ walking around camden and regents canal all afternoon

dad helping to bring the bikes to Wales and making the trip possible with fuel and morale

meeting new amazing friends @streettwinkim & @jaderides and joining for part of @endoridersuk ride across wales
