Sometimes, moving on is not about forgetting what happened. It’s about accepting it, learning from it, and choosing not to stay there.

I’m learning to focus less on what I lost, who left, or what didn’t work out, and more on where I’m going. There’s still so much I want to achieve, so much I’m building, and so much of myself I’m yet to discover.

So, I’m moving forward quietly, intentionally, and with my eyes on the goal. One step at a time. No distractions. Just growth, purpose, and becoming the person I know I can be.

Sweat & Salvation was truly a beautiful experience a time of fitness, faith, fellowship, and joy in the presence of the Lord. 🙏🏽

It was amazing to see fitness meet the gospel in such a refreshing way. Grateful to be present, connect, worship, and enjoy the moment.

Got an early invite to check out Eke’s Pot ahead of the grand opening this Friday.
