Podcast Room Brighton took to London last night for a very special evening at Battersea Power Station.

One of our amazing clients @lucyblack_official put on an amazing premiere of the Documentary ‘The Roof Of Africa’ for @brightcausepr and we left feeling truly inspired by the change and impact that was made by the individuals who climbed Kilimanjaro ⛰️

All the money raised during the climb was for a wonderful charity called @coramkidscape 👏

Congratulations to every single person who was involved and played their part in this, you’ve changed many lives of people you don’t even know! Thank you to Lucy for the invite, we are truly grateful 🙏 taken in The Cinema in the Power Station by @georgetheeblessing

@georgetheeblessing is 26 years old and nearly five years sober.

His story is powerful and inspiring, and I’m incredibly grateful that he was brave enough to open up and share it with me.

In this episode, we talk about his childhood, his own relationship with alcohol as he got older, his mental health struggles, and one night in a park in Brighton that had an enormous impact on his life.

We also talk about the reasons he eventually decided he wanted to give up drinking and build a better and blessed life for himself. George was incredibly open and honest in this conversation, and I’m so grateful he trusted me enough to share his story.

Thank you, George, I feel very lucky to have had this conversation with you.

You can watch or listen to the full episode on YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts and Amazon. Just search The Clear Head Club, or click the links in my bio.

🗣️ “Purpose of Life is The Life of Purpose” - @simonsquibb

It does NOT matter when you find your purpose.

What actually matters is contributing towards helping others in anyway you possibly can.

Let’s all actively make an effort and look after each other and make this world a better place 🙏

Side note thanks @realsimonsquibb for sayings your proud of us 😁
