Still pinching ourselves 🐚✨

We were featured in Marie Claire (!!!!!) as part of their expert roundup on advanced Pilates core moves.

We’re beyond proud to have contributed, thank you for thinking of us @annabartterwrites 🌊

A studio like no other. This is #ThirdSpaceRichmond 💫 by @georgiaaeedwards

A little moment of appreciation for the people sending me these photos from the new @thirdspacelondon campaign in Richmond 🤍

It’s always a funny feeling seeing yourself on a campaign you were part of, especially when it pops up unexpectedly on a friend’s feed or in my DMs. Very grateful to have been part of it.

And while I’m enjoying seeing this chapter in print, I’m even more excited about the chapter I’m in now…

Being in role as Head of Reformer at @enterthewellverse feels like a world away from shooting this particular campaign this time last year. Working to shape the Reformer offering across @moveyourframe, @flow_ldn and @rowbotslondon (watch this space 😉), developing our instructors, building concepts and, most importantly, creating experiences that make people want to keep coming back. This journey has been incredible!

There’s a lot in the pipeline and I couldn’t be more excited about what we’re building 🖤

A beautiful September morning at @innerbloomuk for @carolinarosewellness Autumn Equinox Retreat 🍂

Guiding a restorative Mat Pilates class as we slowed down, reconnected with our bodies and welcomed the new season ✨

Such a lovely space to move and reset. Thank you @carolinarosewellness for inviting me ❤️ by @georgiaaeedwards

June has been such a rewarding month at @sohohouse Brighton Beach House for Wellness Month.

I loved leading our Introduction to Reformer workshops, helping members discover how Pilates can support strength, mobility and performance alongside whatever training they already enjoy. Even better, it’s been amazing to see so many people join our regular reformer classes afterwards, with a number continuing into 1:1 sessions too.

A real highlight was also speaking on the panel “In Conversation: Truth over trends and navigating the Wellness Industry” alongside @donna.bartoli, @robhobsonnutritionist and @liam_nutritionist, in partnership with @marchon. It was a fascinating conversation about cutting through the noise in the wellness space and returning to evidence, integrity and helping people build habits that genuinely improve their lives.

For me, both the workshops and the panel shared the same message: wellness doesn’t need to be complicated. It’s about helping people move better, feel stronger and make informed choices they can sustain.

A huge thank you to everyone at Brighton Beach House for creating a month that encouraged curiosity, learning and meaningful conversations, and to everyone who came along to the workshops and panel. It’s been wonderful to see so many members take that first step into reformer Pilates and even better to see many of them continue 🤍 by @georgiaaeedwards

pov: you’re a member at Brighton Beach House @sohohouse

Ocean swims.
Reformer sessions.
Sauna sweats.
Matcha after.
Sun on your skin between sets.

Lifestyle and performance, side by side. No grind, no burnout; just consistency that actually feels good.

At BBH, our health isn’t something we just squeeze in. It’s how we live 🌱🎧🍵

Client reflections like this mean everything because the goal was never just a workout, but how my clients feel in their bodies.

This is why I believe in actually teaching with intention. Not just pretty flows.

Every session is programmed.
Every movement has a purpose.
Every client is seen.

A quick break from the Pilates posts to share the other joy in my life 🐾❤️

I naively thought that my maternal instinct would land perfectly when I got a puppy.

All I’d have to do was outpour my love to this little creature and be rewarded with endless puppy cuddles, warm kisses and a constant glow of puppy joy.

I was met instead with the reality of what it actually takes: sleepless nights (a lot of them initially), loss of autonomy and sense of independence, and this crippling anxiety that I’m doing it all wrong.

Despite all that, I really wouldn’t change a thing. I’ve learnt so much about myself through this pup of mine, and have come to find a new sense of joy and wonder in life experiencing it with him. My Brighton boy x

A huge shout out to the wonderful @ameliagoldsmith for taking these beautiful shots 📸 show her work some love ❤️ by @georgiaaeedwards

summer at soho ☀️

This month the new reformer studio opens at Brighton Beach House. I can’t wait to move with our members in the new space 🌱

From April, I am opening Fridays for 1:1 reformer slots. You can book via the app or at front desk. It’s been such a joy exploring the practice with so many new faces this month, next month we’re consolidating all we’ve introduced and building plans for strength, mobility, and feeling grounded in our bodies 💪🏽

My new website will be going live in the next week to help make booking sessions with me so much easier. If you want to move with me on the mat 1:1 or 2:1, all the information will be there in one place 🖥️ by @georgiaaeedwards

This topic of longevity came from a conversation with another instructor, and it’s one I think about often as I am actively scaling my business (thank you @mollyhpilates for the inspo for this!)

The industry is growing, which is exciting. But growth also brings questions about sustainability, structure, and what a long-term career actually looks like.

I’d love to know how others are thinking about this.

The foundation of everything I teach; strength that isn’t loud. But precise, controlled and earnt.

Build strength like a sanctuary and you’ll carry it into everything 💪🏽🌱 by @georgiaaeedwards
