✨NIKE X SKIMS✨

Yesterday I had the pleasure of teaching a group of gorgeous girlies at the Nike X Skims event🧘‍♀️

So grateful I get amazing opportunities like this with such incredible brands!!

I really do love my job🤍✨🤍🏃🏼‍♀️ by @georgiapilates_

It’s not always about doing more reps. It’s about getting the movement right and learning your body…

Pelvic placement, learning to tuck your tailbone, engaging your core and finding that connection through your body. Small adjustments can make a big difference to how you move, feel and control the reformer.

At Bali Haus, we’ll always guide you through the details, offering corrections and cues to help you build strength, stability and confidence with every class.

Come and experience the difference for yourself 🤍

Unsure which class to book, drop us a message with any questions 📨

Hey team‼️

We’ve listened to your feedback and are switching up our Friday AM classes with Georgia a little bit!

Please see the new timetable below for the upcoming Friday classes(w/c 12th). We’ve kept all of the class times exactly the same, but have mixed the sessions around slightly.

Hopefully this suits you a little better and gives you a bit more variety on your Friday mornings

Let’s get booking 🥹🤎
