We’re so pleased to be featured in this month’s Department Magazine, with a four-page spread featuring our very own @laurenbates_pilates !

It’s amazing to see The Formula continuing to grow and become part of the community here in St John’s and Spinningfields.

A huge thank you to our incredible team and everyone who continues to support us. We’re proud of what we’re building and excited for what’s to come!

We love a cosy night in, but nothing beats that post-Pilates feeling.

Good movement, good energy and 45 minutes doing something for yourself.

Consider this your sign to book your next Reformer session.

NEW CLASS: REFORMER 360 🔄

Your core does a lot more than crunch forwards - so we’re training it that way.

Reformer 360 is our torso-focused Reformer Pilates class designed to build a strong, functional core through movement in every direction.

Expect to rotate, move side to side, flex, extend and stabilise as we work through all three planes of movement:

TRANSVERSE - rotation
FRONTAL - side-to-side
SAGITTAL - forward & back

The goal? A core that isn’t just strong in one position, but can control and support your body through real movement.

Reformer 360 - coming to The Formula on the 13th October.

Book via the link in our bio.
