I like neat patch cards without autos (plenty of exceptions are made)
POSTS STORIES REELS
Another Stevie Y featuring the Stanley Cup Commemorative 100th Anniversary patch. These patches were worn during the 1993 regular season and playoffs. by @geppettocards
2004 Upper Deck Ultimate Collection Patches /35 This patch is rad, albeit upside down. by @geppettocards
2023 Ultimate Collection Quad Materials Gold Patch /5 My bread and butter are unique Gretzky patches without autos. This fits the bill. All around a perfect card for my PC. by @geppettocards
2005 Ultimate Collection National Heroes Patch /10 Despite being one color this is the patch version of this set. Some players were /25 and some /10. Special card. I love the full CCM Vector being included in the photo. Was the first one-piece composite stick I was gifted at Christmas in youth hockey. The move from two piece to one piece sticks was exciting! I still prefer my Easton Ultra Lite shaft with wooden blade for feel over a composite. by @geppettocards
2005 Ultimate Collection Patch /75 The patch says enough. by @geppettocards
Only fitting to post some Ovi cards with his announcement that this season will be his last. First up is the 2005 Ultimate Collection Ultimate Jersey /250. Most sales you’ll find of these are one color swatches, this two-color piece is, as I like to say, neat. by @geppettocards
2012 Upper Deck The Cup Gold Patch /10 This card looks bad. The photo is blurry, there’s too much blank space, and the design seems to lack thought. With that said, I love it. This is a parallel of the base set (shoutout @mksportscards) and is still one of the only base parallels in the product to this day. I am always looking for more Cup gold patch /10 of Gretzky! by @geppettocards
2006 Upper Deck The Cup Base Patch Gold Variation /10 by @geppettocards
2013 Upper Deck Tiger Woods Master Collection Slambalaya Commemorating Tiger’s 14 major wins (as of 2013), each card features a different image and color scheme. The lenticular technology on the card is impossible to capture in a photo. This specific card commemorates his 2000 Open Championship which completed his career grand slam. by @geppettocards
2013 Upper Deck Tiger Woods Master Collection Masterpieces Art Card Featured as a chase in the 2013 TW Master Collection, there are 10 unique cards (each 1/1, but written as /10 on the back), all hand-painted and featuring an auto from The Big Cat. With the sales of his birthday party art card (all printed copies, not the original art piece) well into the 5 figures, this insert set seems extremely undervalued. by @geppettocards
2007 Upper Deck Ultimate Collection Ultimate Patches /25 One of the few cards where I do not mind the patch not matching the jersey pictured on the card. This comes from the PC of @wardle_kombat who was kind enough to let this go. Always looking for nice patches cards of the greats! RIP to the 🚀 by @geppettocards
2005 Upper Deck Ultimate Collection Premium Patches /35 I picked up a few Sakic cards recently. This stood out because of the black in the patch. By measure of surface area, black makes up maybe 5% of the Avs logo so having a large patch with black featured is very unique. Thanks @originalsixcards for this and one other I’ll post tomorrow. by @geppettocards
