I went from training to be a chef to becoming a Sports Dietitian. Why? Because losing 70lbs myself changed how I looked at food. It’s fuel, not just flavor. The quick stats: 📍 Based in Washington State. 🎓 MS, CSSD, & RP Strength Coach. 🏀 Hooping, lifting, and PNW food spots. 🐈 Dad to Potato Baggins (yes, named after the hobbit). I’m here to take the guesswork out of your nutrition & training so it actually supports your performance and goals. If you’re ready for a real roadmap, hit the link in my bio or shoot me a DM. by @geraldernat

NA beers have entered the chat 💬 If you’re struggling with losing fat, but slamming a 6-pack every other night… NA beers have way less calories to help you with your goals It’s common knowledge alcohol does not help with fat loss, muscle gain, sleep, and performance. But if you are craving a brew, you can still enjoy the taste without a lot of the negatives Non alcoholic beers are the true litmus test for people who drink “just for the flavor” by @geraldernat
Carb cycling for fat loss? Sure! It can be a useful tool for people. I’ve helped plenty of clients with this diet style of programming various higher and low calorie/carb days during the week. But for most of my clients that just want to build consistent nutrition habits, I usually keep their calorie and macro targets similar throughout the entire week. @rpstrength coaching 👉 link in bio by @geraldernat
