Warriors of Love

That’s who we are. Through times of distance. Through times of not understanding.

Through giving space. To sit in it. To feel it.

To learn not to judge where we should stand.

We are warriors of love. Bliss. Pure light running through us as individuals too vast to keep it only for ourselves.

And still, we deny. We armor. We defend. We stop sharing our love with the one we deeply love the most.
It leaks
Or gets stuck in the body. We contract. We survive.

It’s hard to melt again. To feel love drip into every cell. To choose to open ourselves to the one who has always been there for us.

Through the depth of our sorrow. Through the chaos we’ve brought into life. Through the armor we’ve held so tightly.

But I know this place is one we can access again. I’ve been on both sides distance and denial.

This pure love is abundant overflowing in all of us.
Giving space to feel love so intimately so softly so deeply.

There is nothing more profound than this journey of choosing each other over and over again.

The moments we continue when we do not give up in the most difficult times bring us into new dimensions of love wider, deeper more petals opening into a mandala of light.

Devotion and patience are our greatest companions. Supporting our love to expand beyond this realm.

— 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙢𝙞𝙧𝙧𝙤𝙧

The patterns, the old stories, the moments where we’re performing instead of being present. Almost all couples carry this for years without ever naming it.

So did we.

This is an evening to really slow down, just enough to see through the layers. Cacao, breath, guided practice, embodied connection and celebrating the essence of love.

A safe room we create to hold what our kitchen table can’t.

Every couple always walks in a little nervous. Yet by the end of the evening, something has shifted that they feel more than they can name. We witness each other opening, as if we saw the other for the first time again.

The season asks us to become still and open with whatever we’re holding together in life.

For every couple who feels the importance of investing in their relationship.

Landing back from 12 hours of lectures devoted to bringing psychedelic therapy into the legal framework of the Belgian legislative landscape.

Bare with me this is a long one… so much to share on this topic that is close to my heart.

What I bring home with me is a deep respect for all the speakers, so devoted to their own niche and striving to bring evidence to what exactly is happening from a neurological and scientific, clinical point of view.

What I also bring home is a hunger.

A hunger for holistic depth.
I’ve witnessed once more how we, as white Western people, want to get a grip on a medicine so vast it cannot be fully explained. Tracking down data, creating graphics, that’s one side of it. And then the whole intelligence of the plant itself hasn’t even been talked about.. On one side, I feel we’re part of this movement of scientists and mental care practitioners striving to bring data, which I know is needed in the society we live in. When it comes to making a medicine legal, with the government financing treatments to support a client’s process, we need strong procedures. And I do understand that.

So we put all many efforts and finances into trying to grasp what will never be fully grasped. And on the other side, we miss the gap, the space where even scientists can’t quite wrap their heads around the living consciousness of plants attuning to our field. Just like water.. slipping through all fingers as we try to hold it in our hands.

This is for me a crucial part we must not forget. As practitioners, it is essential to recognise that we tap into a whole consciousness beyond ours, yet willing to meet us in these realms.

There is no way forward if we keep relying solely on left-brain structures when meeting these medicines. The theme was integrity and at times, I felt a big part of it was missing. Especially when we, as Western society, think we can bring such these ancient plants into categories and graphics.

For me, integrity means understanding that we need to bring more plasticity into the way we approach these medicines.

We women are needed right now. There is no way to hide. To love the unloved. To love our men. To love the children. To love the Earth.

Reclaiming sacred time and space. Honoring our wombs as we sit at the altar of our bodies and open up to the divine.

Not as a New Age way of transcending the mundane, but as a way of fully integrating it into our everyday lives. Into the way we stroll through the cities. Into the work we are asked to fulfill at this time in our lives. Into the love we offer to those wandering in darker places. Into the sword we raise as we discern and offer our time to right action.

It’s time to come back. To honor the cycles. To meet the sacred waters, not as a resource, but as a source, and to finally call them home.

The Earth is screaming for attention. We are here to wake up and take our place. To become stewards of the lands we live on. We are her daughters and must not forget that there is living soil beneath every street and concrete building.
No place is better than another. We must come back and integrate. We must fuel our prayers with compassion for one another.

Come sit with me at the Altar. Come meet the intelligence of your feminine design. Do not be afraid to kneel and light the candle as we pray for those in need.

We must re-establish what has been erased from her story. Reclaim the sacred and the strength it holds when we become consciously aware of the direction it gives.

It is the essence of our existence. It is what we have done for thousands of years. We sat and honored the silence. We led in unseen realms.

We are here to share what we sense and feel. And with this comes an enormous responsibility that we, as women, carry: to open the veils and balance the sacred in the mundane.

Not as a way to escape our lives, but to bring depth into the everyday, which is hungry for every beam of light.

Women, we are needed.

So much to get to, so much to become. So much to achieve. In our personal life, in our relationship, in our work.

“Picture perfect”

But in the end iit’s a constant grasping to the next thing that we want to accomplish. And a constant outsourcing of what a fulfilled woman needs.

What if we could come back to what is here and now.
And descend to the foundation that holds it all together. Giving us a container so we can meet life fully and not live in the future, neither in the past. This is where the medicine sits. And for this we need to unwind and come back to the simplicity of life.

The Art of Ritual is a doorway to this nurturing perception. Opening your eyes, grounding into your feminine core and widening your capacity to hold.
