Winner Skincare Category | Eir VIP Publishing Power of Women Awards ✨

I’m absolutely over the moon. To win the Skincare category at this year’s @eir.ireland @vippublishing Power of Women Awards is such an incredible honour. 🏆💫

This is my third year being nominated, and today was nothing short of surreal. To be recognised in a room full of the most inspiring, driven, and trailblazing female entrepreneurs is an honour I’ll never take for granted.

A very special part of this evening was dedicating my award to one of my best friends, @yvonnemullally1 . She has attended these awards with me every year, and she truly embodies everything these awards stand for. Her support and strength means the world to me I’m so grateful to have her by my side. 🤍

To my incredible team @skinformulas thank you for always believing in me and for the heart you pour into everything we do. To my husband, family, friends, customers, and industry peers, your support fills my cup in ways I can’t put into words.

October is ADHD Awareness Month 💜

Since being diagnosed with ADHD at 37, one of the biggest challenges hasn’t been understanding my own brain. It’s been navigating other people’s understanding of it.

Getting my diagnosis gave me answers to questions I’d been asking myself for years.

I’m sharing this because I know I’m not the only adult who has experienced these reactions.

We don’t need everyone to fully understand ADHD. But a little more compassion, curiosity and less judgement would go a long way.

The 2026 Awards officially launched at eir’s Dublin headquarters, bringing together this year’s nominees, past winners and industry leaders ahead of the awards ceremony on 20 November at the five-star Anantara The Marker Hotel 🔥

This year’s nominees were celebrated alongside 2025’s winners Geraldine Jones, Kerry Hanaphy, and Georgie Crawford, who took part in an insightful panel discussion about being a woman in business, as well as our amazing host @maiadunphy 🥰

Yesterday was a reminder of what can happen when purpose-led businesses come together.
