One year ago at this time I was in the worst shape of my life. I was over 220lbs and struggling with depression. I told myself it was time for a change throughout 2024 I lost over 50lbs doing so I focused a lot on my mental health and quitting alcohol, truth be told I was an alcoholic letting go wasn’t easy I relapse a few times before truly letting go of it. So I decided to get sober and I got heavy into the gym and you can see, I transform my body entirely and I could not have done that if I was to continue drinking alcohol since quitting drinking I’ve been able to change my body and looks entirely. I look and feel 10 times better now then I did four years ago, not only that but my mental health is no longer in the gutter. I’m not having anxiety nor depressed anymore. Quitting drinking was the best form of self love I ever could have gave myself.

It’s official! The wife and I accomplished a goal! It doesn’t matter the adversity especially in the last few months no enemy formed against us will ever prosper! I want to first thank God for always delivering on his promise. Then I want to thank my family and friends who supported me I want to thank my beautiful wife from the bottom of my heart for never giving up, fighting by my side, and believing in me!
