Yohanna Gursey es una diseñadora de moda dominicana, empresaria y fundadora que conecta moda, cultura, sostenibilidad y educación como una misma expresión de propósito.

Es fundadora y directora creativa de GERCI, @gerciofficial una casa de moda de lujo sostenible reconocida por fusionar elegancia atemporal, identidad cultural, individualidad y conciencia ambiental.

A lo largo de su carrera, ha colaborado con reconocidas casas de moda y diseñadores de prestigio internacional como Ralph Lauren, Ann Taylor, Narciso Rodríguez y Jason Wu. Su trabajo ha llegado a pasarelas internacionales y ha tenido presencia en medios como Telemundo 47 New York y Univisión.

También es fundadora de Sun and Water Foundation y The Green Fashion Project, @thegreenfashionproject iniciativas que utilizan la moda y la educación para inspirar a nuevas generaciones y promover una relación más consciente entre creatividad, identidad y futuro.

Hoy, Yohanna continúa construyendo una nueva visión del lujo contemporáneo latinoamericano, donde la herencia cultural, la sofisticación y el propósito se transforman en un legado que trasciende la moda.

— Presented at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week after receiving the Art Institute of New York City Project Fashion Award, an important milestone in a career shaped by discipline, vision, and global perspective.

Yohanna Gursey is a Dominican-born fashion designer, entrepreneur, and conscious leader shaping the future of fashion through culture, sustainability, and education.

She is the Founder and Creative Director of GERCI, @gerciofficial a sustainable luxury fashion house recognized for blending timeless elegance, individuality, cultural identity, and environmental consciousness.

Throughout her career, she has collaborated with internationally recognized fashion houses and designers including Ralph Lauren, Ann Taylor, Narciso Rodríguez, and Jason Wu. Her work has reached international runways and media platforms including Telemundo 47 New York and Univision.

She is also the founder of Sun and Water Foundation and The Green Fashion Project, @thegreenfashionproject initiatives that use fashion and education to inspire future generations and cultivate a more conscious and creative world.
