Final boarding call for Gander, Newfoundland tonight.
It’s been an honor and privilege to tell the story of Come From Away to thousands of people at a theatre that has meant so much to me since I was a little girl. I am so immensely grateful to Geno, Randi, and Melissa for their trust in me, and their patience with us as we put this piece together at whirlwind speed. Thanks to Steve, Shelby, and the whole Moonlight team of designers and staff for making this theatre such a joy to work at time and time again. To the band, you all blow my socks off every day with your talent. Thanks to Stan, Lex, DJ, and our amazing crew for keeping this plane steady (extra shoutout to DJ for making this even more fun with our shownanigans). And to this cast, I cannot put into words how grateful I am for each and every one of you. This process, even in the weeds of which chair goes where, was an absolute joy because of all of you. One of the most talented, fun, and kind casts I’ve ever been lucky enough to be a part of. I will miss this show and these people so much.
Beulah, Delores, and Lyle the Cat signing off.

This was posted by another theatre company, but I think it’s great for others to see some of the real humans behind this special musical. If you’re not familiar with Come From Away, I promise you will leave inspired by kindness of community. You should come see us at moonlight, September 9-26 and see these people’s incredible story for yourself! by @gerilynbrault

“This town that I hold dear”
One week without Bikini Bottom and my life is a little dimmer without this cast. SpongeBob will stay special in my memory. It was my Cygnet debut, my unexpected principal Cygnet debut for two shows, a show I got to share with my best friends on the creative team, and a true joy from start to finish. Thanks to Katie, Patrick, and Ajay for leading with such humor and heart. Thanks to the design team for making our world so fun and colorful. And thanks to the cast for being one of the most fun groups I’ve ever worked with. It really was the “best day ever” every day. by @gerilynbrault

It is never lost on me what a privilege it is to have my teachers as my colleagues now. We just wrapped up Academy for the year and this fun memory popped up today. Perfect timing for an updated trio photo! taken in MiraCosta College Theatre by @gerilynbrault

Team Krabs and Puff forever. Shout out to @zacharyy.elliott for creating this Easter egg item for my “evacuation luggage”. I loved seeing audience members realize what I was holding haha by @gerilynbrault

I get to spend my summer working on two shows that highlight the importance of community, believing in the best in each other, and finding joy even when it feels like the end of the world.
I’ll be playing Mrs Puff (and understudying Patrick) in SpongeBob, making my Cygnet debut after over a decade of being in awe of their productions. And it’s always special to get the chance to return “home” to Moonlight. Getting to be in Come From Away playing Beulah and others during a run that coincides with the 25th anniversary of 9/11 will be an experience I won’t soon forget.
Just wait until full casts are announced! These shows are both stacked with incredibly talented, and amazingly kind, humans. We start SpongeBob in a week and I am so excited!! What a summer I have to look forward to 🤩 by @gerilynbrault

Tonight our time in Merrily We Roll Along comes to an end after 8 days of pure art and collaboration. Playing Mary, even for this brief moment, has been so special. She requires an immense range: both literally as it’s almost 3 octaves total, and in acting as her journey balances humor and devastation. I’m so grateful to Bethany, Sadie, Jon, the cast, the entire sdmt team for this magical week. And extra special gratitude to my “old friends” Drew and Jake, who are inspiringly present every second of this show and make caring so deeply for these men feel effortless.
It’s not every day you get to play a dream role, and I’ve loved every minute. “What a time to be alive.” by @gerilynbrault

Mary has been on my bucket list for a long time. The chance to play this role, even only for this brief time, is such a joy. It may just be a two night reading, but we are all giving it our all. And everyone is so perfectly cast. I really hope you can make it! by @gerilynbrault
