Well it’s May 26th again and I’ll keep with my tradition of posting a recent bikini pic of myself. If someone would have told my younger self that at 64 I would feel this good, look this good, I know I wouldn’t have believed it. I’m not sure if it’s the hard work I put in, the way I take care of myself, the peptides, the hormones, the mostly clean diet, being married to a plastic surgeon (lol) or good genes (or clearly all of the above!) but I’ll take it!! My goal is to inspire others, to make every single person hopeful that we can continue to look and feel great well past our younger years. If I can do that for you then I’ve succeeded. As I always say, live your life to the fullest but be smart in your decisions- the best is yet to come!! ❤️❤️ taken in Lake Sherwood, California by @gerins
