When I was a little girl, I used to think that you were going to live forever. I never thought that I’d lose you so soon. Not only were you my mother but you were my best friend. I remember always being by your side when I was a little girl, following you wherever you went and it stayed like that till this day. We became very close as I got older and did everything together. Not only did we look exactly alike, but we loved the same exact things. Everything I love today, I learned to love because of you. I’ll miss exercising with you in the center every morning side by side. I’ll miss all the things we used to do together like going shopping and to the beach and listening to music. I’m happy I got to take care of you in the end, and repay you for everything you did for me. I can’t imagine living without you, all I can do is be happy with all the memories and laughs you left me with. I remember how I used to tease you of all the weird things that you used to do (like all kids do to their mother), and then I did them myself. When I told you, you said to me laughing “we all turn into our mothers in the end”
I’m happy to be reminded of you everyday, and I know you can see how much everyone loves and misses you. But now You are in a better place. We love you mommy. by @gerisitt
