A love letter to myself

This year has been a real piece of work. Having blown 3 tires…successfully changing 2/3 of them on the side of the rode. Absolutely disregarding any diets or budgets you made for yourself. Countless lies to yourself about working on yourself. These were the emotionally manageable ones 🤡.

I keep smiling to reassure everyone I’m fine when in fact I am not. Smiling has become so natural to me that it’s lost its true meaning. That I’m happy…

I am not and I’m lying to myself if I said it’s fairly new. I haven’t been happy for a while.

This year fucking sucked…but through this horrible year and my depression I have so many people in my life and memories I’ve made this year that cannot be overshadowed.

I focus on the worst and romanticize a life I wish I had, I forget how great and lucky I am to have the people in my life.

So, to this I will say this year sucked but I am loved. I should love myself too. I want to love myself. I want to live :)

I will learn to love myself
I will make more amazing memories with the people I love
I will live!

(I hope you read that as L-iv and not L-I-ve. That would suck.
Also, if you’ve reached it this far congrats!! I owe you a shot if you see me out! Or some coffee :). Hold me up on that offer! More memories :)
Ooof I’m also a Sagittarius with a Leo rising so I love to hear myself talk. Idk how to the end this. I should have ended it with that sappy shit up there….I’m also a millennial, I don’t like to end things to serious.
