If there is one book to read now, it is Odette Rising. It’s hard to believe this is a debut novel. It’s assured, intelligent, perceptive and beautifully written, with the sort of psychological insight that makes you stop, reread a sentence and think, yes, exactly that. I tried to ration the chapters because I simply didn’t want it to end. And when I did, I missed it. Bravo Julianne 💯 by @gerrigallagher
