4 weeks into my strength training program and 170kg is feeling like a warmup.

Another 4 weeks and I should be pressing big numbers and getting closer to my goal.

Let’s get it 💪🏻

Big thanks to my spotters who would have absolutely no chance getting that bar off me, if I failed 🤣 by @gerryrafferty1

If you are on the fence about giving your life to Jesus, remember satan owns the fence.

Giving your life to Jesus is not for the faint of heart. Your entire life will change. You may lose friends, and the closer you get to Jesus, the more Satan will challenge you. You may feel detached from the world and its pleasures, but the rewards are peace, strength, guidance, protection, and eternity with Jesus.

If you have an injury or a niggle that’s holding back your training or if you feel you need some physiotherapy after beating your body up over a long period of time, get over to see Davie, he will sort you out. Thanks again mate 💪🏻

Video 1. My deadlift and squat strength.

Video 2. My bench press strength haha.

Iv deadlifted 3x my body weight. Squatted 2.5x my body weight but only bench pressed 60kg over my body weight.

Fortunately, you can hit chest from many angles to make it grow, without having to go crazy heavy.

Could a 200kg bench press be my next strength goal 🤔. Stem cells may be needed haha by @gerryrafferty1

What muscular failure looks like, without cheat reps.

Do you need to train to failure on every working set? The answer is YES, if you want to grow. The muscle will be forced to adapt and grow if it’s put under stress that it’s not used to, it’s that simple. Don’t leave reps in the tank, you are missing out on gains.

Picked up a new client 🤣

Client feedback
Form is all over the place. Needs work.

Training intensity needs to be increased. Sets should be performed to failure.

Focus. There needs to be more focus while training. Dancing between sets is a no.

Payment. Fake money is not accepted and will be reported to the authorities.

The new gen coming through 💪🏻👸🏼💪🏻

If you truly surrender your life to Jesus, He will change your life. I know this because I’m living it right now, every minute of everyday. He will free you from addiction, anxiety, depression, the list goes on. He will give you peace. I have never met someone who gave their life to Jesus and their life got worse, it’s impossible.

I have built a personal relationship with Jesus over the last 4 years. I talk to Him more than anyone. I started out not knowing how to pray and now I just talk to Him like a best friend because He is my best friend. I thank him multiple times everyday and will continue to thank Him until I return to Him.

If you are starting your journey with Him or just thinking about it, message me and I can share my experience with you, it’s mind blowing, it could definitely be a Netflix special haha.
