It's been an interesting journey over the last few weeks on SOUND+MIND. A lot of my friends in the industry shared with passion their story, mixed with the best advises for the next generation. Hence I have decided to continue that trend of inspring the next generation of sound engineers.

Can I present to you www.thesoundmind.co.uk - "ameliorating the sound engineer's mind. This website aims to continue to inform and improve sound engineers all over the world.
Mixing is a combination of science and art, while there are tons of materials on the science, the art it most difficult to teach. I have chosen to work that part, where others thread.
