According to the World Health Organization, around 1.3 billion people, 16% of the global population, experience significant disability.

This is why accessible digital tools are essential in cultural and creative education. They can reduce barriers, support different learning styles and offer more ways for young artists with disabilities to express ideas.

During the Transnational Circulation of Experts activity of @artisticminds_eu, partners had the opportunity to explore the cities of Nicosia and Larnaka while exchanging experiences and good practices on cultural innovation and inclusion.

One of the highlights of the programme was the visit to the Leventis Municipal Museum of Nicosia, where participants learned about the city's rich history and reflected on the role museums and cultural institutions can play in promoting accessibility, participation and lifelong learning.

These study visits offered valuable inspiration and fostered meaningful discussions among partners from different European countries, reinforcing the importance of cooperation and knowledge sharing in building more inclusive cultural experiences.

✨ Through Artistic Minds, we continue connecting culture, creativity and digital innovation to make heritage and the arts more engaging and accessible for everyone.

🌍 Last week we were in Nicosia, Cyprus, participating in the “Transnational Circulation of Experts” activity of @artisticminds_eu

Over three days of collaborative work alongside European partners from different countries, we shared methodologies, digital tools, and best practices related to cultural innovation, inclusive learning, and digital transformation within the creative sector.

📍 Some of the activities carried out included:
✨ Presentation of the ARTISTIC MINDS Methodology Pack
🎨 Workshops using the Comic Creator Tool
📱 Presentation and testing of the Cultural Trails Mobile App
📷 Workshops with 360° cameras and immersive experiences
🏛️ Study visits to inclusive cultural spaces
🤝 Exchange of experiences and good practices among European organizations

It was also a great opportunity to strengthen international partnerships and continue building new ways to connect culture, creativity, and inclusion through technology.
