We are all built different.
We all find our way…eventually.

To the person who needs to fill their schedule and surround themselves with people, those who embrace solitude seem foreign. Both can be healthy. Both can be unhealthy. Mental health is not a cookie cutter one size fits all technique.

Regard of how you seek peace of mind, let it work for you. If it does not work, evaluate, learn, grow, and try something new.

Maybe solitude is the answer.

Solitude isn’t always avoidance; sometimes it is self care, self awareness, self love. Sometimes, solitude is a healthy mind allowing you to be alone in your thoughts.
