2003 Acura CL Type-S

Engine: 3.2-liter SOHC V6
Horsepower: 260 hp @ 6100 RPM
Transmission: 6-speed manual with a short-throw shifter and limited-slip differential

The 6-speed manual version of the 2003 CL Type S was introduced to address enthusiast demand, featuring a stronger, more direct connection compared to the automatic, with improved traction via the limited-slip differential.

The 2003 Acura CL Type-S 6-speed is a highly rare, single-year model with approximately 3,500 to 3,845 units produced, making it a sought-after, underappreciated enthusiast vehicle. It was the only year for the manual transmission option and the last V6 coupe from Acura 💎

2025 was a hell of a run!

Here’s some of the Type-S Acuras I’ve collected/sold over the year . (I wouldn’t sell a car that isn’t worth keeping myself lol.) It all started off with the idea of flipping a car or 2 to get enough money to paint my original project car then ended up becoming something a little more than just that 😅, at one point I even bought my grandma her own TL-S that we eventually turned into a sh-awd mdx lol , nonetheless I am grateful that all the hard work and struggles over the years were starting to turn around in 2025 🫶
