We’re backstage managing Gustavo’s Fiesta at the @hollywoodbowl tonight! 🎉🎶💃🏽

It’s a BIG night at the Bowl as @gustavodudamel celebrates his final weekend of concerts as Music & Artistic Director of the @laphil and of course, the team is throwing down! We have an incredible celebration of Latin music with the Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra playing along side:

✨Los Tigres del Norte
✨Lila Downs
✨Mariachi Reyna de Los Ángeles
✨Sílvia Pérez Cruz
✨Vilma Díaz y La Sonora
✨Los Panchos

We are so excited for the sounds of norteño and mariachi to cumbia, boleros, jazz, folk, and flamenco to grace the stage! Another night making sure everything behind the scenes is taken care of so the magic can happen onstage. We hope you come party with us!!

Adding a new room to the Get A Room roster. ✨

Today we’re supporting backstage operations for the very first time at The Ford in Los Angeles! We’re looking forward to working alongside the legendary Judy Collins on her Sweet Judy Blue Eyes Farewell Tour.

If you’re looking for plans tonight, tickets are still available. Come spend a summer evening with a true musical icon under the stars. 🌙🎶

Show days in Backstage Operations are often 17 hour marathons. Starting around 7 AM and wrapping well after midnight, we’re managing everything from hospitality, food & beverage, backstage presentation, guest lists, parking, schedules, artist escorts, seating, and the overall backstage experience for artists, their teams, and venue staff. We’re some of the first to arrive and the last to leave, ensuring every detail is in place before doors. This past weekend, Get A Room Productions was proud to support The Roots Picnic Experience at a sold-out Hollywood Bowl, helping deliver an unforgettable experience for more than 16,000 fans.

Could you handle a 17 hour show day behind the scenes? Would you want to?

The GIRL.FM Europe run was one for the books. 🌍✨

From Katowice, Poland 🇵🇱 → Prague, Czech Republic 🇨🇿 → Glasgow, Scotland 🏴 → Dublin, Ireland 🇮🇪

Every city brought a new room, new faces, new challenges, and a reminder of why I love this work. There’s something beautiful about the chaos of touring and watching countless moving pieces come together to create unforgettable moments night after night.

Huge thank you to @princessnokia and the entire team for the trust and hard work. Grateful to keep growing, learning, and experiencing new things. Until next time. 💜✈️🩷
