After a full year of what might have been hundreds of granola batches and nut butters, I am honored to bring you canela. Those who know me well know my love language is healthy food, and slowly that language has turned into tiny homemade snack store. My name is Clara, and I am a nutrition and TCM student and nutrition coach. I snack -a lot- and I’ve created these recipes that are just as tasty as nutritious and healthy. Cant wait for you to bring canela home.
