When I first started posing, I was stiff, second-guessing every move, and not fully confident in my own skin. I didn’t see yet what I was building, so it showed in how I carried myself.

Then it clicked. As my body started looking more defined, I began to feel it. My confidence wasn’t forced anymore & it became a form of expression. The stage became less about “getting it right” and more about owning it✨!

And that’s the part we can all relate to ….in fitness or everyday life. At first you feel awkward and unsure, but when you keep showing up, the growth, sacrifice & hard work speaks for itself. ✨💪🏾

I wish I could have this moment for life🦋… what an unforgettable weekend at @npcbattleofthebodies ✨Thank you @janetlayug for putting together such a beautiful show! I enjoyed every moment!

My very first time stepping on stage and I walked away with:

🥉 3rd place in Wellness Novice
🥉3rd place in True Novice

Still floating on cloud 9—the stage was everything I envisioned 5 months ago and so much more. The grind, the sweat, the sacrifices… all worth it. And this? …..This is only the beginning. 🔥

A few gems 💎 from August so far!

Summer is officially over, and honestly… I’m feeling GOOD. 🤎

A few changes have happened behind the scenes. New journey & a new level of focus. Sometimes you have to make the changes that align with where you’re trying to go.

Now the real work begins. Back to routine, chasing big goals, and becoming a more disciplined, intentional version of myself.
