GB & Friends 1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY What started off as an idea has become a great community and family and I truly appreciate you all for helping build something great. Running the sessions at Ladywell Arena means a lot to me as I used to compete on the same track growing up. Now it’s where we meet week in, week out, putting in the miles, pushing each other on, and building something bigger than just a run club.Year 2.. Another Monday under the lights. What a turnout! Big shout out to everyone who turned up and pulled through. June 16th we go again.Shout out to my coaches @damnshaq @sgooddaily @bennygainsuk @chuks_coach1 and BK for making sure no one gets left behind.Shoutout to my videographer/director @ola_finesse @frvdwrld and photographer @filmabdi for keeping the people entertained. Limited male tickets left! 🏃🏾🚨Additional limited female tickets will be added tomorrow at 6 pm. No more tickets released after.
