Had to put a pause on the gym and workout content.
On Sept 22nd I tore my bicep in my right arm at work. I'm currently resting and waiting on results to see how bad the damage is. If you been following me you know i tore my left bicep last year on May 15th 2025. That broke me. Not being able to workout and not knowing what was next to come. I was depressed and was just drinking and eating. I locked in around December 2025 and from than to july i lost 35lbs. Now I'm faced with another obstacle but this time I refuse to let my thoughts and challenges keep me down. I will be back in the gym ASAP even if only can do legs and core imma keep going. 💪🏿 by @getfitwitgaines
