Congratulations to our 2026 Transformation Challenge winner, Nathan! Starting at over 130kg, Nathan has been hard at work alongside his coach, Chris to get his weight down to 117kg. It’s incredible what you can achieve with some hard work, consistency, and the right coach. Nathan is walking out of this challenge happier, healthier, and $500 richer 💚 Well done 🫵🏼🥇 #getgoing by @getgoing_au

Our trainers have seen things… Unmade beds. Mysterious shoe graveyards. Dogs who think every session is about them. Coffee cups from… we’re not sure when. We don’t ask questions. We just set up the mat and get to work. by @getgoing_au

10kg in 5 weeks and 30kg in 35 weeks…🤯 Sometimes I wonder how this even happened but it did… Believe it or not this was my first proper fat-loss client who had a lot of weight to lose and to be honest I was really nervous to see if we could reach his goal or not because I hadn’t help anyone lose that much weight before but I knew the process we needed to follow to get him there and we did 💪 This client came to me a recovering alcoholic who had sleep apnea and hadn’t fell into a deep sleep for over 7 years…the weight wasn’t helping and if nothing changed then this client had a very very scary road ahead. However he put in the work, stayed consistent with his eating and exercise and deserves every single bit of the success 😎 He now can sleep better, feel better, live longer and all in all just have a much better life!! If you needed a sign to start your journey then this is it 👈 #fatlosstransformation #lifechanged #weightlossstory #weightlosssuccess #besttransformation #30kglostandstillcounting #sustainablefatloss #fatlosscoach #hardworkpays #eatingcleanfood #betterlifestyle by @getgoing_au
The hardest part of any journey whether that’s fat-loss, building muscle, taking that trip, asking someone that question is always the most difficult part… But once you’ve started it’s all uphill from there and what’s the worst thing that can happen? You’ll be back to where you are right now. So just start and you will always come out on top whether you complete it or not. #fatlossjournery #mumof2 #putinthehardwork #weightlossstory #bestweighloss #exerciseforhealth by @getgoing_au

When we said we deliver personal training to your doorstep… We meant literally wherever you are. Even if that means starting in your fridge. 🧊💪😂 #getgoing #fitness #homept by @getgoing_au

Most of our clients aren’t chasing six-packs or big biceps. They just want to feel good, move better, and have more energy for the things that matter, family, work & life. That’s why we bring training to them. No stress, no pressure, just support that fits into real life. #getgoing by @getgoing_au
