We are all familiar with the the ‘fear of failure’, however, in this episode we #GetInto...how scary it sometimes feel to ‘succeed’ at our goals and to reckon with the reality that we are then required to maintain and sustain whatever new status / achievement we have attained. We explore all these feelings and provide an insight as to the the best way to get through them.

As 2023 winds down and the year-end analyses are in full swing, we discuss the importance of taking a step out of the all-too-familiar ‘survive each day as it comes’ dance that is Adulting, in order to give yourself permission to dream a little...or a lot.

In this episode I pose and discuss a question to / with you all that I've been mulling over the last couple of months - 'to what extent are you living a life you've chosen?' I get into how much effort and disruption often goes hand in hand with aligning ourselves to live a kind of life we can confidently say we've chosen. There's no step by step guide here, just discussion and genuine encouragement to take the time to evaluate for yourselves and hopefullyyy go forth accordingly!
