Restaurant POV: the manager said she wasn't "attractive enough" to be a server... so corporate hired her anyway, and she outsold EVERYONE on her first shift 💅💰 (Part 2)

Catch up: in Part 1, a highly qualified server walked into a job interview, and the restaurant manager rejected her because he didn't think she was attractive enough to get customers to spend more. 😳 She walked out and called corporate to report exactly what he said. 📞

Now she walks into the manager's office with some news: corporate hired her. At THIS restaurant. 😏

The manager is NOT happy. Having her on staff makes him look bad, and he knows it. So he decides to watch her very closely during her first shift. 👀

But the rest of the restaurant team? They welcome her with open arms. 🫶

And by the end of the day, she has the highest sales on the floor. Even with FEWER tables than every other server. 📈

The manager's reaction? It must be a fluke. 🙄

And she decides to let him keep thinking that... for now. 😌

Servers, you know the feeling: being underestimated by a manager who judged you before you even picked up a tray, and then proving him wrong with your sales numbers.

This is one of my customer service comedy skits where I play every role: the new server, the manager who misjudged her, and the coworkers watching it all unfold.

👇 Tell me in the comments: why do you think she's letting the manager believe it was a fluke? And servers, have you ever proved a doubting manager wrong? 💪

Restaurant POV: she aced her server job interview... until the manager said she wasn't "attractive enough" to sell more food 😳🍽️ (Part 1)

Every restaurant worker knows how stressful job interviews can be. You dress up, bring your best answers, and show off every bit of serving experience you've got.

That's exactly what this candidate does. She walks into the interview extremely qualified: years of experience, knows the job inside and out, and would be an amazing addition to any restaurant team. 💼

But the restaurant manager doesn't see a great server.

Instead, he decides she isn't attractive enough to get customers to order more. And he actually SAYS it to her face. 😶

She can't believe what she's hearing. Qualified, experienced, ready to work hard... and she's being judged on her looks instead of her skills?

She's not sitting there and taking it. She walks right out of that interview, picks up her phone, and calls corporate to report exactly what the manager said. 📞

Servers, hostesses, bartenders: have you ever had a manager judge you on something that had nothing to do with how well you do your job? This one hits close to home for a LOT of people in the restaurant industry. 😤

This is one of my customer service comedy skits where I play every role: the job candidate, the manager, and everyone caught up in the drama that follows.

👇 Tell me in the comments: what do you think corporate is going to do about this manager? And what's the worst thing a manager has ever said to you in an interview?

Restaurant POV: the shady manager finally comes back... out on bail, fired, and banned from the restaurant 🚫📦 (Finale)

Catch up: for 15 parts, a customer ate free because the manager folded every time he saw her. 😎 Then he vanished after a run-in with a mysterious woman, corporate found two sets of books with numbers that didn't match, and in Part 15, the server exposed the customer's free-meal lie in front of her HOA board. 🧾 Then came the news: the manager had been found.

A few days later, he walks back into the restaurant, and the server is waiting. 😏

Turns out he spent time in the hospital, then went to jail for what he did at this restaurant, and now he's out on bail. 🚔

The server doesn't hold back on the sarcasm, until the hostess interrupts: the new manager is in what USED to be his office, and he can pick up his things there.

He heads back there, looking very sheepish. 😶

The hostess asks the server why she couldn't be a little nicer to someone who just got out of jail. And that's when the server reveals the truth: he was stealing inventory from the restaurant... and blamed HER for the theft. 😤 He deserves every bit of this.

In the office, he hands over the paperwork from corporate. He's been fired for stealing product and selling it on the side as his own "natural" food line. 🥫

The new permanent manager makes it official: once he walks out the door, he's banned from the restaurant for good. 🚪

He grabs his things... and leaves. Justice served. 🙌

Thank you SO much to everyone who followed this series from a spicy Carolina Reaper burger all the way to the finale! 🌶️ This is one of my customer service comedy skits where I play every role: the difficult customer, the server, the hostess, corporate, and the manager who finally got what was coming to him.

Restaurant POV: the server hands the free-meal customer her receipt in front of her new HOA board... and her whole lie falls apart 🧾😳 (Part 15)

Catch up: a customer has been eating free since Part 1, because the regular manager folds every time he sees her. 😎 Then the manager vanished, corporate started investigating, and in Part 14, the cover manager refused to comp the customer's table of 13. The server rang up the bill on the customer's card, with a 25% large-party gratuity, so the customer could keep pretending to her friends it was free. 💸

In the missing manager's office, corporate and the cover manager are going through two different sets of paperwork. One where the numbers add up... and one where they DON'T. 📄📄

Something shady has been going on at this restaurant, and the missing manager is looking more and more like the one behind it. 😬

The cover manager asks whether they should call the police, but before corporate can answer, her phone rings. 📱

They just found the manager. 👀

Meanwhile, up front: those "friends" were actually her neighborhood's HOA board, and they've just welcomed her onto it with open arms. 🏡

Then the server makes her move: "Excuse me, you left the receipt from when you paid for the meal. Would you like it?" 😇🧾

The HOA ladies can't believe it. She LIED about the free meal just to impress them. They call it pathetic and take back her spot on the board on the spot. 😶

Now she's furious, and ready to spill everything about the missing manager. But just as she starts yelling for the cover manager, corporate and the cover manager walk out and show her the door. They know what she's about to say, and right now, they don't care. 🚪

Once she's gone, they turn to the server and hostess to break the news... the manager has been found. 😳

This is one of my customer service comedy skits where I play every role, and this restaurant mystery is almost at its end.

👇 Tell me in the comments: what happened to the manager? And was the receipt moment the perfect payback?

Restaurant POV: the free-meal customer finally meets a manager who WON'T comp her table of 13... and the server gets the last laugh 💸😂 (Part 14)

Catch up: a customer has been eating free since Part 1, because the regular manager folds every time he sees her. 😎 But he's vanished, corporate is investigating, and a manager from the sister store is covering. In Part 13, the customer ordered the most expensive meal on the menu for herself and 12 friends, while the server sent the cover manager over to "say hi." 🎆

The cover manager walks up to the table, and the customer is NOT happy. Where's the usual manager? 😤 He's not in today, but if there's a problem, the cover manager can handle it.

Then the plates start coming out. 🦞 Her friends are oohing and aahing... and one of them says she can't believe they're getting all of this for FREE.

The cover manager instantly figures it out. So THAT'S the arrangement. Well, it's not happening today. 🚫 And she walks away.

The whole table turns on the customer. She lied to get in their good graces! 😳

She jumps up, promises to fix it, and runs straight to the server, begging for help getting the meal comped. 🥺

The server can't comp anything; she's not a manager. But she CAN ring up the whole bill on the customer's card right now, so the customer can keep pretending to her friends that it was free. 🤫

The customer reluctantly hands over her card... and that's when the server sweetly mentions the automatic 25% gratuity for large parties. 😇 The total? Well over $1,000. 💳

The customer isn't happy, but she has no choice. She heads back to her table, and the server smiles at the biggest tip she's had in a long time. 🤑

Servers, THIS is for every free meal, every attitude, and every $0 tip. Justice served. 🙌

This is one of my customer service comedy skits where I play every role, from the difficult customer to the server who finally gets her revenge.

👇 Tell me in the comments: was this the perfect payback? And servers, what's the biggest tip you've ever gotten from a customer who didn't deserve the service you gave them? 😂

Restaurant POV: the free-meal customer orders the most expensive thing on the menu for her table of 13... and has NO idea who's coming out to say hi 😏🦞 (Part 13)

Catch up: a customer has been eating free since Part 1, because the manager folds every time he sees her. 😎 But the manager has vanished, corporate showed up asking questions, and a manager from the sister store is covering. In Part 12, the customer walked in with 12 friends for her reservation, and the server told her the manager would be out to say hi... with a plan of her own. 🎆

Now it's time to order. The server lets the table know the manager is just finishing up some work in the back and will be out very soon. 😇

The customer is thrilled. So she goes BIG: the most expensive item on the menu, for herself AND all 12 of her guests. 💸 Why not? It's all going to be free... right?

In the back, the server overhears the cover manager in the missing manager's office, questioning some numbers on the paperwork she's reading. 📄🧐

The server lets her know a table would like a word with the manager. So the cover manager heads out to the dining room.

The hostess finally puts it together: "Oh... THAT'S what you meant by fireworks." 🎆😂

The server and hostess settle in to watch the plan unfold. 🍿

Servers, you know the feeling: when a customer who's been taking advantage of everyone runs a massive tab on a deal that no longer exists. 😏

This is one of my customer service comedy skits where I play every role, and the free-meal saga is about to hit its breaking point.

Restaurant POV: the free-meal customer shows up with 12 friends... but the manager who always comps her is MISSING 😏🍽️ (Part 12)

Catch up: a customer has been eating free since Part 1, and the manager folds every time he sees her. 😎 After a night of shady phone calls and a run-in with a mysterious woman, the manager vanished. 🖤 In Part 11, corporate showed up looking for him and called in a manager from the sister store to cover.

Now the cover manager has arrived, and corporate pulls her straight into the missing manager's office for a private talk. Luckily, she has a key to his locked door. 🔑

Then guess who walks in for her reservation? The free-meal customer... with TWELVE of her new friends. 👯‍♀️👯‍♀️👯‍♀️

The hostess starts to tell her the manager isn't available, but the server cuts her off. The manager is "in the office," and she'll send them out to say hi shortly. 😇

The customer has no idea her usual manager is gone. And she definitely doesn't know CORPORATE is sitting in that office. 💼

Once the table of 13 is seated, the server pulls the hostess aside. She has a plan that might pay off big in the long run... and she'll call the hostess over the second the fireworks start. 🎆

Servers, you know this moment: when a customer who's been taking advantage of everyone is about to meet someone she can't push around. 😏

Restaurant POV: the manager never showed up for his shift... and now CORPORATE is here asking for him 😳💼 (Part 11)

Catch up: a customer has been eating free since Part 1, and the manager folds every time he sees her. 😎 He's been making shady phone calls behind a locked office door, and in Part 10, he rushed out to meet a mysterious woman who told him being late would "never happen again." Then... the screen went black. 🖤

The next morning, the server rushes in apologizing for being late, and the hostess stops her: the manager isn't here. 😮‍💨

Instant relief... until she realizes the hostess has been running the restaurant ALONE since opening. And neither of them can reach the manager. His phone just rings and rings. 📱

They start their opening side work like it's a normal day. Then a woman in business clothes walks in. 👩‍💼

She's from corporate, and she's looking for the manager. 😬

The hostess tries to explain gently. The server? Not so gently: he went AWOL, and nobody can get ahold of him.

Corporate was supposed to have a meeting with him, maybe even some kind of review. 👀 With no manager in sight, she calls in a manager from the sister store down the street to cover, then sets up her laptop at a table to wait. 💻

A manager who vanished the night before a corporate visit? That can't be a coincidence... right? 🤔

Restaurant POV: the shady manager locks his office, disappears for the night... and runs straight into the mysterious woman 😳🔒 (Part 10)

Catch up: a customer has been eating free since Part 1, and the manager folds every time he sees her. 😎 The hostess overheard him on a secret phone call: "just get rid of it." 📞 And in Part 9, a mysterious woman walked in, overheard the server and hostess comparing notes, then walked right back out and called someone to say she'd "get it done soon."

Tonight, the manager is running late and shouting into his phone: "Make sure they do not leave. I'm on my way." 😬

On his way out, he tells the server and hostess he's gone for the night. Don't call him, because he won't answer. If they need anything, the co-manager from the sister store's number is taped to his office door.

And that office door? LOCKED. Something he never does. 🔒 The server's suspicions are officially through the roof.

A little later, we find the manager rushing to meet someone. And who's waiting for him? The mysterious woman from the restaurant. 🕵️‍♀️

She knows him. She tells him he's late. He promises it'll never happen again.

Her reply: "No... it won't."

The screen goes black. 🖤

Restaurant POV: the server and hostess compare notes on the shady manager... and a mysterious woman overhears EVERYTHING 🕵️‍♀️📞 (Part 9)

Catch up: this customer has been eating free since Part 1, and the manager folds every time he sees her. 😎 In Part 8, the server tried to expose her in front of her friend, but it backfired, and now the customer's whole friend group wants in on the free meals. Meanwhile, the hostess overheard the manager behind a nearly closed door: "I don't care what you have to sell it for, just get rid of it." 📞

Now the server is pouting. Her plan to expose the customer just made her MORE popular. 😩

But then she notices the hostess acting nervous. The hostess finally spills it: she heard the manager say something really shady on the phone in his office.

And the server is SURE this has something to do with this customer and all those free meals. 🧐

Neither of them notices a woman walking in until she's standing right at the host stand. They ask if she'd like a table... but she quickly says she'll come back later and leaves. 🚪

Walk in, walk out? The server is almost positive this woman overheard what they were saying.

Outside, the mysterious woman makes a phone call. She can't get it done tonight... but she'll take care of it very soon. 😳

Who is she? What is she trying to get done? And how does it connect to the manager's secret phone calls? 👀

Restaurant POV: the server tried to expose the free-meal customer in front of her friend... and it completely BACKFIRED 😩🍽️ (Part 8)

Catch up: this customer has gotten free meal after free meal since Part 1, ever since the manager saw her without her sunglasses. 😎 In Part 7, she showed up with a friend and suddenly acted sweet as pie, and the server decided it was time for some justice. 🏃‍♀️

So the server walks up to the table and "accidentally" lets it slip: this customer has been eating here for FREE. 😏

The customer freezes. The server waits for the friend to judge her...

But the friend is IMPRESSED. 🤯

The customer recovers fast. Her story? The manager must have a little crush on her, because every time she comes in and says hi, the whole table eats free. 💅

Her friend thinks it's the coolest thing ever: they HAVE to bring the other girls here. If the group finds out she can get free meals, she's officially in with the board. 👑

The customer looks a little nervous about that... but mostly thrilled. And the server's plan? Totally backfired. 😶

Meanwhile, the hostess is having trouble with the tablet and heads to the manager's office. The door is almost shut, which NEVER happens. She leans in and overhears him on the phone:

"I don't care what you have to do or what you have to sell it for, just get rid of it." 📞😳

She knows she just heard something she wasn't supposed to... and she quietly heads back to the host stand.

What is the manager trying to get rid of? And what does it have to do with this customer? 👀
