One goal achieved…moved with the pack 🙌 @swimming_queensland 2026 QLD SC Champs, race #2 for @jadeledmistone and proof of progress by the amazing @wadesphotos 💪 Glad there’s no evidence of the disastrous finish 🫣 One step at a time 🦶 by @getoncore
What an incredible day at the CQ Region National and State TID Day in Rockhampton! Together with the region coaches, athletes engaged in dynamic ONCORE sessions focused on chaos-align-streamline. This powerful sequence challenges body alignment, balance, strength and control to unlock better streamline and efficiency in the water. Watching swimmers discover how ONCORE instantly improves their feel and control never gets old. Big thanks to the CQ Region for having me involved in this amazing day of development and growth. #ONCOREAcademy #SwimmingTechnique #TIDDay #CQRegion #StreamlineAndEfficiency CoachingExcellence by @getoncore

Whitsunday Swim Club and Cannonvale Swim Club - thank you for coming together in Proserpine for an ONCORE clinic! It was such a pleasure to work with you all, from brand new 7-year-old swimmers right through to your senior members. Across the session we focused on body alignment, core engagement, and building a better feel and hold of the water, and the way everyone leaned in and applied the feedback was seriously impressive. The coaches were fully engaged, and the swimmers did an amazing job (a special shout-out to the youngsters who brought great focus and effort). Big thanks again to both clubs for the warm welcome and the great energy on deck. I thoroughly enjoyed the session and I’m grateful to be part of your swimmers’ development journey. by @getoncore
Yesterday I spent the day with Mirani Swimming Club and honestly, you are the epitome of swim club culture. A supportive bunch of young swimmers who were keen to learn, and a pool deck full of parents volunteering their time to create such a welcoming, happy environment. The torrential rain didn’t stop the fun or the learning for a second. Thank you Mirani Swimming Club for having me and for such a great day. I’m grateful to be part of it. #SwimClubCulture #SwimmingCommunity #SwimCoaching #GrassrootsSport #swimmingqueensland by @getoncore
Breaststroke kick + ONCORE = instant feedback. In this clip I’m switching positions on the fly — catch → streamline → catch — while keeping the kick going. The goal: core ON, alignment in check, and shoulders in control of the depth + position of ONCORE the whole time (no drifting, no wobble). It’s a deceptively tough control challenge… and the perfect quick-activation before you roll into full breaststroke. by @getoncore

The most important part of ONCORE Single Arm Free drill is that ONCORE stays under the water and parallel the entire time. Controlling the non-swimming arm in a swim-specific position is key to being an engaged swimmer, building that feel and hold of the water 💪 by @getoncore
