Pelly is LIVE! 🥳😏🥹

It’s wild to think this idea I had in summer of 2025, that I only built to solve a property management problem that my team was facing every day, is now available on the App and Google Play store. I am so humbled.

It’s not perfect and you will most likely find bugs 🙈 but at some point you have to put something out there and build the product that people actually want to use - the vulnerability level I feel is crazyyyy 🤣

First 100 people to download the app and add your first appliance or flooring will receive a special Founding Flock Badge, Founding Flock Benefits, and bragging rights for life 😏

I would like to thank @jayteebee33 for building this with me. And the unconditional support of my friends, family, and my love @casey_parker_re 💕

Some exciting news… I accidentally built a tech company 😅🙌🏾🥳

Last summer I was in a staff meeting at our property management company, Remy Properties. My team was dealing with a string of failing washing machines. We kept replacing them with no idea when they were installed, who serviced them, or whether they were still under warranty.

My maintenance manager said, “We should just be able to look this up easily.”

I said, “What if you could just scan a QR code and see the whole lifecycle of that asset?”

He said, “Yeah — but who’s going to build that?”

I said, “I’m going to build it.”

Two weeks later I had a working prototype. Months later, my team still uses it every day.

That’s how @getpelly was born.

Pelly is an AI powered, mobile-first property management platform — a shared visibility layer that connects property managers, vendors, residents, and owners in one place. No more chasing information. No more things falling through the cracks.

I’m the creator AND the customer. I manage 250+ units in the Pacific Northwest and I use this product every day.

This experience of building a company from ground up has been so rewarding - I absolutely LOVE the product, tech, startup, storytelling space and I feel like everything in my life has brought me to this point. Here are some photos and videos of me pitching, networking and just enjoying the process 🥹🤗

We’re in founding beta and launching publicly this spring. If you’re in property management, own a home, live at an apartment, own some rentals, or provide services for properties or homes — or just love what gets built when someone refuses to accept chaos — follow along.

Stop calling it “adulting” 😩

When your dishwasher breaks, you’re not failing at adulthood. You’re dealing with a system that was built to fail you because nobody ever wrote down when it was installed, what warranty it has, or what it needs.

Things weren’t made clear to us in the first place.

That’s not a character flaw. That’s a design problem.

Pelly fixes the design problem. Scan your appliances once. Then you’ll actually know what you own.🤩
