After moving to the United States, he joined Hilton and gained experience across a range of hotel operations. In 2018, Sargis joined McNeill Hotel Company and led the renovation of the Homewood Suites by Hilton in Boise. The following year, his team received Hilton’s Award of Excellence. He also earned the MHC Culture and Humanitarian Award for his commitment to people, culture and community. Today, Sargis serves as Vice President of Operations at Structure Hospitality, where he continues to lead and develop hospitality teams.
