Not even a Sunday ride at the gaps will slow us down 😄

After a weekend of long miles and steep climbs, we planned to take it easy with a relaxed Tasty Tuesday. We guessed not. Some one-minute power PRs were set, and I'm sure a few KOM and QOM crowns were claimed last night 👑

Speed isn't what we aim for on this ride, but growth happens when you surround yourself with people who want to grow. And everyone consistent with us can attest to how much we achieve on these rides.

Today, August 31, marks three years since we closed Earl’s Bike Shop. On September 1, 2023, we started Get Rad ATL.

The store's mission statement was ‘We inspire people to use cycling to improve their lives,’ and it remains true today. We’ve been privileged to be part of many people’s lives, and we continue to treasure all the new relationships that have been formed.

My heart feels full right now as I reflect on all the adventures and memories we've shared, and I am excited to keep building this wonderful community. I can only hope we've added some positivity to your life. Forever and always, much love to you all. 💜

Oof, it's been a hot summer🥵

But what else do you expect from ATL? Not to worry, we're still going to ride in all the conditions. It'll soon be cold, and we’ll complain about that 😂

We've had some great rides with @bonafideriderscc and @specializedatlanta lately. Next on the docket, we have @gravelroll Holler at Walhalla and @sixgapcentury training ride with @specializedatlanta. Go and check them out!

Asheville @gfondonatseries was an incredible experience!

Huge thanks to all the organizers for hosting such a fantastic event. There were tough climbs and beautiful descents. Events like these are a perfect way to meet people from across the country and strengthen your bonds with cycling friends.

Who added all these climbs to this route? 😂 Oops.

Hollywood 33 - 33 miles, 2200 ft of climbing. We should probably rename it Hollywood Hellscape 😈 (thanks @bwallaceatl).

Say yes to a rainy ride 😁 ☔ Fun outing with the Tasty Tuesday crew with a nice stop for tacos 😋

We think it's a blast. Plus, it sharpens your skills and teaches you to be a better rider in the elements.

Give it a try! Pick a day right after it rains and go for a spin. You’ll be amazed at how well a quality set of tires grips through anything. Just don't grab a handful of those brakes 😉

😎 ☀️ Summertime 🌻⛱️

It’s been hot, but we’ve been having fun. Covering big miles, riding fast, doing early shred sessions, and consuming lots of coffee and pastries ☕🥐

If you're new to us, welcome! 😊 Here’s a bit of insight: we’re not the racer types, but we do race. We ride a lot (like, a lot), but there’s no training plan. We’re not overly serious, but we take having fun very seriously. We don't yell at folks; we coach. We explore, push limits, always say ‘yes’ to the hard things, but most importantly, we’re here for each other.

We’ve been really pushing it! Earlier rides, more miles, and big smiles.

We’ve significantly ramped things up this year, but remember that this club is all about growth. That’s why we’re offering more Teachable Rides each month. We’ll be doing one this Saturday.
