Hey Guys 💙

Thank you for all your patience thus far as we try & navigate these treacherous waters we find ourselves in. These are uncharted territories & we have had to engage several entities to ensure we can action a suitable plan going forward.

As mentioned before – Once we are able to announce a new date – We will announce the date & everyone who has purchased tickets to the postponed event will be issued with a new ticket for the next event.
Meaning the ticket will retain its value and be usable at a future date.
Physical tickets – as can be read on the back of the ticket are not refundable – but as mentioned will retain their value for the future event

Tickets purchased online through the Howler platform – the same will apply – however there is an option as per their terms & conditions to receive a partial refund if you would prefer.
Please note that choosing the partial refund means you will not be receiving a ticket to the upcoming event, only the partial refund that will be actioned from their side.

To claim that – you will log onto your Howler account and choose the refund option and follow the steps as laid out there. This option will exist until the date the event was meant to be hosted – 28 March 2020.

https://help.howler.co.za/article/y07uzgub9z-ticketing-refund-policy

If you have any questions regarding Howler refunds – please do not hesitate to contact them via email or their call centre number.

People who have purchased tickets will be receiving an email from them shortly detailing the process and once a new date has been selected – new tickets will be issued to those who have not chosen the partial refund.

As we mentioned before – we are just as gutted as you are that our beautiful celebration will not be taking place, and to those who have made special arrangements, travel arrangements, birthday arrangements to be with us, we truly apologise for the inconvenience and look forward to making it up to you at a future event! 🔥 by @getrealct

After working tirelessly to ensure the upcoming GET REAL event was our biggest one yet, word has been passed down from Government that all events over the next month be postponed with immediate effect! 😔💔 .
.
While we are absolutely gutted that this is happening, as many of our loyal fans are – We accept it as a necessary step in combating the COVID-19 pandemic & will announce our new dates as soon as we have beaten the outbreak! 🙌
.
.
To those who have already purchased tickets – You will have the choice of transferring these tickets to either the new date of the event or our December 5 event date. .
.
We are waiting to hear back from Howler as to how to handle the process as effectively as possible & would appreciate patience in this time.
.
.
We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused & look forward to partying with you all soon!
