Unlike most screen time apps, SocialLite removes distractions directly from your social media feeds instead of just blocking the apps entirely. No more scrolling, no more suggested posts, no more ads. That means you can stay connected without getting sucked into endless doomscrolling.

Best part? Removing short-form content is free on both iOS and Android. by @getsociallite

SocialLite fully removes the temptation to scroll from your social platforms and makes doomscrolling impossible. It can also filter your feed so you only see posts from people you follow. No ads, no suggested posts, no BS. Just your friends and the connection. by @getsociallite

A few months ago, my friends and I challenged ourselves to go a full month without Reels.

We thought it would be easy, but Instagram made it nearly impossible. Even when I was just checking my school’s page for updates or seeing what my friends were doing, I was constantly hit with ads, suggested posts, and random Reels.

It felt like I couldn’t use social media to actually be social without getting pulled into scrolling.

We all ended up deleting social media so we wouldn’t fail the challenge, but quickly realized we still needed it to stay connected and communicate.

That’s why we built SocialLite.

Today, SocialLite has already helped over 500,000 people take back their time from endless scrolling, and it can help you do the same.
