Well, this was quite a way to launch.
A room full of people, planets floating above our heads. This really set the tone for Voka Antwerpen-Waasland’s Launch 2026.
We started the evening on stage while everyone arrived: Oljana on vocals, Koen on guitar and Alban on sax.
But staying on stage all night?
That was never really the plan…

A great party doesn’t have to start all at once.

Sometimes, it starts right there at the dinner table.

A little more rhythm. A song everyone knows. A saxophone moving through the room. Guests getting out of their chairs. And an energy that keeps building, one song at a time.

That’s how we love to approach the transition from dinner to party: not as two separate moments, but as one musical journey.

We build the room until it is ready to be handed over to the DJ.

And from there? No turning back.

This is where Festive Dining comes alive.

We move between the tables, follow the energy in the room and let the music become part of what is already happening: conversations, laughter and, sometimes, a groom who simply joins in.

No fixed setlist. No distance between musicians and guests.

Some songs simply belong to a moment.

For Raf & Steven’s ceremony at Château de Mirwart, we had the pleasure of creating the soundtrack to one of the most personal parts of their day.

Just voice, guitar and songs chosen for them.. From Until I Found You to La Vie En Rose, surrounded by the beautiful nature of Mirwart.

Intimate, personal and completely theirs.

And this was only the beginning of the musical journey…

Some weddings simply grow with the day.

We started in the beautiful church of Damme, adding live music to a warm and intimate ceremony.

From there, we moved to the stunning Hoeve Etienne for the reception — surrounded by beautiful scenery, great food and even better company.

As dinner unfolded, so did the music.
Our line-up grew, an extra voice and saxophone joined us, and our Festive Dining sets gradually turned dinner into a celebration.

People left their tables. They sang. They danced.
And somewhere along the way, dinner became a party.

Ending with a beautiful first dance — the perfect finale to a wedding day filled with music, warmth and wonderful people.

From ceremony to reception, from dinner to dance floor.
That’s exactly how we love to build a wedding day.

75 years, celebrated beautifully.

We had the pleasure of setting the musical tone for a very special 75th birthday celebration, performing as a duo in the most beautiful setting.

A stunning farmhouse surrounded by nature, late summer sunshine, incredible food and everything technically taken care of down to the last detail.

We did what we love most: reading the room and shaping our music around the moment. Warm, relaxed and elegant, with just the right amount of groove to create that effortless feel-good atmosphere.

Beautiful surroundings, wonderful people and music bringing it all together.

This is what celebrations should feel like.

Some wedding moments stay with you.

Yesterday, we got to play If I Ain’t Got You for Karolien & Anthony’s first dance at SILO.

And then something happened we hadn’t planned for.

Wait for the second chorus.

Hearing an entire room join in while we were playing… absolute goosebumps.

And somehow, this one felt even more special: yesterday happened to be our own 17th wedding anniversary too.

17 years married, spending the evening playing someone else’s first dance.

Not because it isn't important.

But because it blends so naturally into the moment that everything simply feels... right.

A wedding ceremony isn't about the musicians. It's about two people sharing one of the most meaningful moments of their lives.

Our role is to support that story through music. Not by taking the spotlight, but by creating the atmosphere, embracing the silence between the words, and adding emotion where it's needed most.

When guests tell us afterwards that "everything just felt right", we know we've done exactly what we set out to do.

That's what we love most about performing during ceremonies.

Not giving a concert.

But becoming part of a memory that will stay with a couple for the rest of their lives.

Not every event is about getting people on the dance floor.

Sometimes it's about creating the right atmosphere for conversations, new ideas and meaningful connections.

For the opening of a new logistics site by Van Moer Logistics, we had the pleasure of providing the musical framework throughout the event. From welcoming guests and networking moments to the transitions between the official programme and the reception afterwards.

We often say that music doesn't just fill a space. It shapes how people experience it.

Whether we're performing at a wedding, a client event, a company celebration or a networking reception, our role remains the same: helping create an atmosphere where people feel comfortable, connected and present.

People often ask what makes certain celebrations feel so effortless.

Honestly, I don't think it's ever one thing.

It's rarely the venue.
Rarely the flowers.
Rarely the music.

It's usually the moment when all those elements begin working together.

When nobody is trying too hard.

When guests feel comfortable enough to be themselves.

When the atmosphere no longer feels created, but simply shared.

Those are the evenings people remember.

Not because they were perfect.

But because they felt genuine.
