Beyond elated to have yet another successful women’s wellness workshop—the 3rd Annual Get Steph’isticated. This year was deeply heartfelt, and you could truly feel the real connection in the room. Thank you to everyone who contributed, both behind the scenes and those who poured their energy into GS before, during, and after the event. The evolution of Get Steph’isticated is incredible, and this is only the beginning. There is so much more I envision to continue growing this movement, and your support makes it possible. It’s a wrap! 2024 ✔️ Was it a success? Let’s read in the comments below your favorite part or experience!

*Thank You, Thank You, Thank You to EVERYONE! The late nights I see paid off.

My favorite part was seeing everyone, laugh, tear up 🥹 (including myself), networking , dancing, and having a good time. Most importantly learning tips and embracing self-growth.
*It was very heartfelt, when women walked up to me asking, “Can you connect me with someone that can help me with…? I replied, “OF COURSE!!! That’s why we’re here. Let’s go meet…”

I appreciate every single person that was involved. Thank You.

Yesterday wasn’t just a wellness event. It was a reminder that when you choose growth, you have to choose different rooms.

Strangers became connections. Conversations turned into something bigger & the energy in the room? You could feel it.

From affirmation jars, mirror vision boards & creating our own holistic products, to empowering speakers & elevated conversations, every detail poured into self-love and growth.

Delicious food & drinks, salsa dancing (I tried 🤣) & the kind of people who make you think bigger.

This is your reminder: you won’t elevate staying in the same environments.

My wellness journey didn’t start pretty—it started with pain!

I leaned into fitness, calm moments, and real solo time… and that’s when things started shifting.

I realized I was attracting people who were aligned—but only after I got intentional with myself first.

Then I started putting myself in rooms and spaces that poured back into me.
