The way dance just fills my soul is crazy! Sometimes all you need is a good dance session & just for an hour the world isn’t so scary #dance #fitnessmotivation #plussizedancer #fypage #lovingmyselfmore❤️ by @gettinghealthyforme94

Come with me to my second home: @shewolffitnessmi 🐺

This is where I’m learning to trust myself, let go, be free… and become FERAL.

Tbh, this morning was ROUGH. I didn’t want to get out of bed. I wanted to crawl back under the covers and cuddle my kitties. 🐈‍⬛

But my goals don’t wait for me.

So I threw on my @feral.athletic hoodie, dragged my ass to the gym, and got to WORK. Thank you @trainerericareed for the AMAZING workout

Because discipline is showing up—even when you don’t feel like it.

Trust yourself. Set yourself free. Get FERAL baby, I promise you deserve it🖤

I didn’t fall in love with the gym… I fell in love with myself… with growing… with building a strong foundation so I can enjoy my future. I love the gym because I honor my body & when you walk into this environment with these strong bad ass women it makes me feel alive! I life for future Sam. Cause today she’s a bad ass & everyday after! #gettinghealthy #fitnessmotivation #fypage #becomingher #biggirlsdoitbetter taken in SheWolf Fitness by @gettinghealthyforme94
