❤️ Papa’s Everything Sauce

A family recipe straight from founder Vinita’s dad, created for serious Thai cravings. Rich soy, golden palm sugar and a splash of Shiraz melt into a thick, glossy glaze that’s savoury, sweet and a little earthy.

Drizzle it over dumplings, toss it through roasted veg, stir it through noodles or use it to upgrade your morning eggs. Warning: it’s addictively delicious.

💚 Basil Smash Sauce

An ode to Thailand’s ultimate street food lunch, Pad Kra Pow. Herbaceous Thai basil meets punchy garlic, a fiery chilli kick and a deep umami finish.

Throw it into a screaming-hot wok with your favourite mince or tofu, pile it over steamy rice, crown it with a crispy fried egg and BOOM! 💥 Instant street-style flavour.

Of course, both are vegan, nut-free and packed with the good stuff.

A little word from our founder, Vinita ✨

“Papa’s Everything Sauce was inspired by my dad, his cooking, and the kind of flavours I grew up with at home and in our family restaurants, Doytao Thai.

I asked him to come down to Bangkok to film something with me for YIMEE, without telling him that the whole campaign was for him. The timing lined up perfectly with his birthday, so I surprised him with the very first finished bottle.

Getting to shoot this campaign together was a real core memory, a full circle moment for dad and I.

Papa’s Everything Sauce is officially here. A little piece of home, made for your pantry.

From my family to yours 🤍”

15 minutes and 6 ingredients later and you have the most flavourful coconut brothy rice.

I got my paws on the new @getyimee basil smash sauce and when I tell you a drizzle of this could elevate the most boring of meals. Perfect for Thai food loving home cooks who, like me, don’t want to stock 101 ingredients in their kitchen

In my bowl:
Rice
2 cups of Sautéed spinach in olive oil
Jammy eggs (7 minutes)
1 cup of coconut milk heated up with a tsp of bone broth concentrate - can easily sub for veg stock concentrate
Drizzle of Basil Smash sauce for a sweet, garlicky kick

Stupid easy, crazy delish

Enjoy!

Crab satay pie.

Aussie spanner crab, our pastry, and @getyimee satay sauce.

@getyimee sent me some sauce to try, and after one taste, my mind went straight to crab. It's very tasty!

Massive bonus: the satay sauce is made with sunflower seeds, not peanuts, but still retains that creamy richness.

This is the exact kind of collab I’m here for—working with small, independent businesses to support each other's products.

Drops this week.
