Maybe not every woman in perimenopause needs the patch.

Maybe the $24 billion menopause market isn’t built around what you actually need.

Maybe the answer starts with you - your data, your research, your call.

The longevity space is loud right now.

Cold plunges. Rapamycin. Zone 2. Continuous glucose monitors. Everyone’s optimizing something.

But here’s what’s missing from the conversation: for women, the single biggest longevity lever is managing perimenopause and menopause well.

This transition affects your brain, your bones, your heart, your metabolism, your sleep. Left unmanaged, it accelerates aging across every system. Optimized, it becomes the foundation everything else builds on.

You can’t out-supplement poorly managed menopause. You can’t out-hack it. You can’t zone-2 your way around it. You have to go through it - informed, supported, and knowing what solutions are available.

That’s the work. That’s the edge. That’s longevity for women. Keep following along as we guide and shift the conversation - for you and with you. by @gevitycollective

You don’t have to wait for your doctor to order a hormone panel.

You don’t have to hear “you’re too young” or “let’s wait and see.”

You don’t have to time a test around a cycle that doesn’t exist anymore.

If you’re in perimenopause with irregular or missing periods, there are platforms that let you order your own hormone tests - and actually understand the results.

→ @midihealth — telehealth for peri/menopause, testing included
→ @myalloy - online consult, at-home test, prescriptions if needed
→ @hone.health - at-home hormone panel with physician review

Your hormones. Your data. Your move. by @gevitycollective

Gevity founder Paige Dunn shares her sleep breakthrough:

“For years I woke up at 2am and couldn’t fall back asleep. I thought it was just life.
Turns out my progesterone was tanking and no one told me it was connected to sleep. One hormone optimized. One week. I haven’t looked back.”

🎯 YOUR PURPOSE IS YOUR MOST POWERFUL HEALTH TOOL

We used to think motivation for healthy habits came from willpower. Turns out, it comes from something much deeper: knowing WHY your health matters.

The research is clear: People with a strong sense of purpose live longer, have better cardiovascular health, and maintain cognitive function better as they age.

But here’s what’s really interesting...
Your “why” doesn’t have to be profound or world-changing. It just has to be TRUE for you.

The magic happens when your health choices align with your deeper values.
Suddenly, that morning walk isn’t just exercise—it’s investing in your future adventures. That bedtime routine isn’t just sleep hygiene—it’s honoring your commitment to show up fully.

Your turn: What’s your deeper WHY for taking care of your health? Not what you think it should be, but what actually motivates YOU to make choices that serve your wellbeing.

Share below—your why might inspire someone else! 💕

💤 WHY YOUR SLEEP ISN’T THE SAME AS IT USED TO BE

If you’re waking up more often or struggling to get deep sleep, you’re not imagining it. Here’s what’s actually happening:

🧠 Brain Changes: Your brain produces less deep sleep as you age, meaning lighter, more fragmented sleep.

🌡️ Temperature Regulation: Hormonal shifts affect your body’s ability to regulate temperature, leading to night sweats and restless nights.

⏰ Circadian Rhythm Shifts: Your internal clock naturally shifts earlier, which is why you might feel tired at 8 PM but wide awake at 5 AM.

💊 Hormone Fluctuations: Declining estrogen and progesterone directly impact sleep quality and duration.

The good news? Understanding WHY this happens gives us power to work WITH our changing bodies, not against them.

For us, understanding which of our hormones were not optimized and then making some changes provided a complete unlock and now sleep is our bestie. Curious what we did? DM and find out.

Myth vs. Reality: 5 Things You’ve Been Told About Aging That Aren’t True

🚫 AGING MYTHS WE’RE LEAVING BEHIND IN 2025

Myth #1: “Your metabolism crashes after 40” Reality: Metabolic decline is gradual and largely influenced by muscle mass and activity level, not age alone.

Myth #2: “You can’t build muscle after menopause” Reality: Women in their 50s, 60s, and beyond can absolutely gain strength and muscle mass with proper training. Don’t belive us? Check out some of these incredibly inspiring women: @aliciae @drstacysims

Myth #3: “Memory decline is inevitable” Reality: Many cognitive changes attributed to age are actually due to lifestyle factors we can control. And hormones aren’t helping. Here’s your PSA to get your checked if you have no clue what is going on with yours.

Myth #4: “It’s too late to make health changes” Reality: Your body responds to positive changes at ANY age. It’s never too late to start. Have you heard of @trainwithjoan

Myth #5: “Hormonal changes mean you have to suffer” Reality: There are evidence-based strategies to support your body through hormonal transitions. And many of these strategies are LIFE CHANGING. Make @midihealth your new best friend.
