SWAG JAM w/ DERRON & GEZZER @gezzer_com and @daybee_deedash on the decks #yeahyeah
When Germany meets the Bay Area, authentic hip-hop knows no borders.

Berlin-based rapper DERRON has spent over two decades carving his own path through the independent rap scene. Beginning his career in the early 2000s, he shared stages with respected German artists before moving to Berlin, where he worked behind the scenes on numerous studio projects and collaborated with acclaimed musicians and producers. His journey has taken him across continents—from recording with international artists in New York, Algeria, and Africa to creating music in California alongside old-school hip-hop legends. Whether performing in German or English, DERRON has always been driven by lyrical substance, musical evolution, and a passion for bringing people together through hip-hop.

Across the Atlantic, GEZZER, straight out of San Francisco, has been transforming real-life experiences into powerful music since his early teens. Starting as a poet before stepping into the recording booth, he developed a signature style rooted in raw storytelling and undeniable West Coast energy. Working with respected names including Pharoah Gahmoe, Marb the Producer, Goldie Gold of The Federation, Mark After Dark, and Big Sharp Productions, GEZZER has built a catalog that reflects authenticity, resilience, and the spirit of Bay Area hip-hop.

Their new collaborative projects bridges two cultures, two cities, and two distinct perspectives with one shared love for real rap. Blending DERRON’s internationally influenced lyricism with GEZZER’s unmistakable West Coast flavor, the project delivers honest storytelling, timeless beats, and a sound that connects audiences beyond borders.

No gimmicks. No boundaries. Just Hip-Hop. taken in Badehaus Berlin by @gezzer_com
