Been Coeliac since 2016 & eating Gluten Free isn’t always easy! As someone who like to try new places I thought would create a page to share ideas✌🏼

Different type of post but I made my little girl her 2nd birthday cake last week! All gluten free as I can’t resist not having a piece. 🥰✨

Our @goustocooking meals before going away! Honestly so glad I’ve kept up having these delivered. It’s making tea so much better! So many GF options available and relieves the mental load of having to think everyday what to have for tea! I enjoy cooking - it’s relaxing and my time to switch off when baba is in bed. Made some lovely dishes this week ☺️✨

Day 3 of @goustocooking dishes - this wasn’t my fav but mainly due to me not been a big fan of peppers and ‘herby’ herbs 🤣it was a nice dish - just not one I’d order again due to personal preference. Can’t beat some halloumi cheese though.

@goustocooking meal - Chicken with creamy tomato sauce and harissa mash! Wow. This was unreal! Soo tasty - absolutely will redo this meal! It’s been so long since had some spinach too and this just elevated the dish. The sauce was so creamy and garlicky! Left the potato’s and carrots a little chunky in the mash.

So this week we’ve gone back to having @goustocooking delivered. To try and reduce waste and broaden meal ideas on an evening. This was Monday’s meal! A lovely chicken biryani👌🏼 great time I’ve made a biryani and it turned out lovely! There are so many gluten free options on site and even some Non GF versions easily adaptable if you wanted. There a lot that have Soy Sauce with wheat in so I swap for the GF versions i have at home. Looking forward to some of the other dishes we rustle up.

A pistachio kinda day! Treat day in full force! Starting at @quaysidesheffield where found some cannoli’s! First time trying them and they did not disappoint. Caramel crunchy shell filled with thick chocolate cream! Then called for an ice cream from @kirbysicecream in Rotherham. This is 4th time been here as it’s THE best ice cream. I get the Pistachio one with no waffle crumb due to it not been GF but I add caramel sauce! Soooo good! 🍦🍨 must try!

No filter needed on this colourful bowl from @cluckndough today at @quaysidesheffield . Sometimes struggle when at places with food trucks as understandably they have small spaces and hard to host GF options sometimes however this silver shiny truck was packed full of flavour. I had the Vietnamese Sweet Chilli & Lime chicken bowl! The GF version was 99% the same just without crispy onion sprinkles. The best food truck food I think I might have ever had! *chefs kiss*

Enjoyed another meal at @vetro_lounge in Rotherham! Such a HUGE varied menu for GF! Here I had the Bacon & Avocado Chicken Burger with a side of Halloumi.👌🏼 the bun was nice also could have just done with been toasted to ensure doesn’t have the GF stodge you can sometimes get. However overall a great meal at such a good price!

Falco Lounge in Barnsley this morning for all days brunch! I love it here! Sooooo many GF options! It has its own Gf menu. Today I had the lounge eggs with salmon and hollandaise sauce and of course some halloumi cheese. The coffee is also a must! Vanilla latte and a Salted Caramel iced latte are so tasty! 🍳☕️

Birthday brunch on the 19th at @theyardcoffeeshopbistro - I had the lamb burger no bun with a feta salad and chips! Was so nice! Quite a few gluten free options in meals. There was only 1 GF option for sweet/puddings which was the cheesecake. Great coffee and food 👌🏼 I’ve been before for breakfast and it was also great! taken in The Yard Coffee Shop & Bistro by @gfdinewithme

Enjoyed a spa day yesterday at @edenspanotts and the food was so tasty and had lots of GF options!! I started with Honey Glazed Belly Pork which was unreal! Followed by Slow Cooked Beef with mash/Gravy and a side of my fav…tenderstem broccoli! Then to finish a big bowl of fruit and some Greek yoghurt! They were so accommodating and even had bread and oil for dipping before starter which is rare as never end up with it in restaurants. Would absolutely recommend here…amazing spa and lovely food! Perfect day out!
