Took a stroll this morning to @oddduckmarkets in Hampton park for a Blackberry iced latte and a turkey wrap in a gf wrap. No notes. In top 5 for wraps I’ve had!

Blackberry latte with oatmilk 🍓🫐
Turkey wrap with turkey, cream cheese (sounds weird was amazing, arugula, red onion, and a tomato jam on a delicious gf tortilla wrap 🦃 🥪

Amazing atmosphere, adorable shop inside, definitely will be back by @gfjayneapplepie

Lemon pepper salmon with gnocchi & spinach sautéed in a lemon white wine sauce 🍋 my signature quick sauce that goes great with chicken, pasta, rice anything to die for!

I make it by adding oil to tan, adding garlic paste & then the Gnocchi. Add a little bit of white wine, fresh lemon juice, fresh lemon juice, butter, garlic power, pepper, salt, chicken broth. Measure all with your heart. Add spinach & cover. It makes a sort of sauce & is my go to quick & easy dinner that tastes lux.

Salmon seasoned with Lemon pepper, garlic, pepper & onion pow. Air 350 for 15 & lemon slice on top.

Happy Wednesday 🍠 I tried a Japanese sweet potato for the first time and can’t recommend trying these enough. Trader Joe’s had them and it almost taste like a maple sweet potato. Definitely a milder but has the flavor of a sweet potato casserole. I roasted mine faced down with a little bit of olive oil on 350 for about 35 minutes, definitely could’ve gone a little bit longer on the time, but really delicious! by @gfjayneapplepie

Happy Wednesday - Dip of the Week 🥗 Trader Joe’s was out of my favorite Spinach and Kale Yogurt dip so I made it at home with a few modifications 🥬

I did spinach and canned artichoke hearts instead of kale. Nonfat yogurt and no mayo. I also added nutritional yeast and garlic paste.

Extremely delicious and veggie packed! Pairs great with the Trader Joe’s White Corn chips

Weekend at home for Labor Day 🇺🇸🧁🫐 just what I needed

The best wraps ever from @localmarket_lbi 🥪, loving their Caprese on a GF wrap. Bagels from @bagelsandbeyond 🥯 for a classic weekend in NJ & had to try the PBJ latte from @yellowdogroasters 🥜 10/10 taste similar to the peanut milk latte at Baba’s by @gfjayneapplepie

Another win for Saturday night 🥒 GF fried pickles from @sharehousechs
Cornmeal fried pickles! It’s been about 4 years since I’ve had a fried pickle at a restaurant and I’m not a big fried food eater but these were worth a try. Almost everything on their menu could be made gluten free & was labeled. Drinks and atmosphere were amazing, will be back again! by @gfjayneapplepie

Happy Saturday! Lunch while studying 📚 from the Bodega 🥪
Chick Flick Sandwhich on GF bread - chicken salad, greens, mixed berry jam & pecans. 10/10 must try. The restaurant atmosphere was adorable, great outside seating and the menu has so many options for GF & non gf! Newest topping to add to my favorite ground turkey taco bowls 🌽
I saw the recipe on Pinterest and had to try it, Summer Jalapeño Lime Corn Salad. I eyeballed all the ingredients but 10/10!

1 can of corn, 1 cup cottage cheese, salt pepper garlic chili lime or taco seasoning paprika nutritional yeast, diced jalepeno, lime juice & fresh cilantro!

Cracking crabs with a crab house bucket & celebrating my move to a new city at the dive in 🦀

The crab house bucket had Dungeness crab, snow crab and shrimp, lovely atmosphere at Charleston Crab House right on the river. We ordered crab dip with celery instead of crackers and my crab bucket came with regular butter instead of the garlic butter (that has breadcrumbs in it) Amazing meal with an Aperol spritz with my lovely parents 🦀🍋🦐🌽🦞🥔 taken in Charleston Crab House by @gfjayneapplepie

En route to Charleston! Stopped at @buttercupsesva for brunch on our roadtrip for Watermelon Lemonade & “The Betty” on a GF bagel 🥯 Well worth it stop, homemade & fresh. Our sandwiches had roasted turkey, green apple, brie, & arugula. Better stop than fast food on our trip! taken in Buttercups Biscuits & Bagels by @gfjayneapplepie

From my trip in March to Paris 🇫🇷 We had an amazing trip full of site seeing. It was semi challenging to Google Translate about an allergy & triple check. But all was well and I had no issues! Delicious eats, cheap wine, & lots of shopping 🛍️ My favorite was Maison Sauvage for the ambience & La Creme de Paris for the best crepe evvver

Versailles was my favorite to see, going to the top of the Effiel tower was so scary but worth it. We did 7 days in Paris including travel days and stayed at Hotel De Clos Alesia. Overall amazing trip, totally recommend staying outside of the heart of Paris and taking advantage of the train system. We got around all week for a $90 unlimited pass, saving on Ubers or cabs.
