There have been so many people who have thought you were beautiful in passing. There have been so many people who have listened to you speak and thought your mind was intelligent and wonderful. There have been people who decided to stay at the event a little longer because you made them feel valued. There have been people who may feel the exact same way about themselves as you do right now. You are never alone.

You may meet your best friend tomorrow or you may meet them in 22 years. You may get the job offer or the A on that test and you may not. Either way it will be okay. But what will not be okay is if you never get the chance to meet your best friend. Never apply to the job or take that annoying test. Although the voices in our mind can be very convincing I promise you that if you were to disappear today the world would not be the same tomorrow. There are people who love you, admire you, and care for you so much more than you could ever know. So please stay.

Life can be so incredibly heavy. And in this world happiness feels like this ultimate just out of reach prize. As if once you reach it then you somehow can finally start living. But life is too precious for that. Happiness as one prize is not real. Happiness is all of the moments good and bad that come together to make you who you are. Yes sometimes the bad out ways the good and that is okay. But sometimes the good out ways the bad too and if you leave this world to soon you will never get to share those moments with yourself who so so deserves them.

So I encourage you with every single part of my being. Please stay. Please ask for help. Please know you are never alone and someone will miss you. Try to find the happiness that coexist with the emotions. The sweet words in a stall, a smile from a stranger, dancing with your best friends, celebrating another trip around the sun, rolling down a grassy hill or dancing in the rain. This world does not need you to erase yourself for you to feel seen. This world just needs you. ❤️ by @gfrankenburg

Home sweet home to me🧡

The last four years at Tennessee have led to the most rewarding, inspiring and exciting experiences. I have met friends I’ve always prayed for, I’ve grown in my confidence and fell in love with Saturdays in Neyland, walks in the fort and late nights up at barn.
