Today I celebrate me.
50 yrs of Grace, lessons, strength and growth.
I thank God almighty for half a century of evolving and thriving.
I honor the woman I have become- Strong, resilient and beautifully imperfect.
At fifty, I choose simplicity, move with intention and live with purpose.
I am grateful for a stable home, family and career.
I am thankful for still having my mom, dad and grandma around.
At 50, I choose to live my life on my terms and I refuse to fit into the expectations of the world.
I have learnt that life isn’t about having everything figured out, it’s about having the courage to keep going even when the path seems dark.
Fifty is about choosing peace over chaos and self worth over approval.
To my amazing parents, I say thank you.
To my loving husband, I say thank you.
To my beautiful children, I say thank you.
To my wonderful siblings, I say thank you.
To my extraordinary inlaws, I say thank you.
To my awesome friends, I say thank you.
To my unique community, I say thank you.
